I still wonder, WHY IS THIS NOT A MASSIVE ARTICLE ON THIS SITE? @nintendolife the amount of people affected by this is huge Nintendo news.

Mine arrived at 10am this morning via Royal Mail. No sign of my zelda game yet though, might have to buy it digitally to pass the time.

I'm still not sure if my delivery is via royal mail or hermes, the lack of communication is astounding.

@Thebeanburger Best way to find out if it's coming from Hermes or Royal Mail is use the myHermes live chat. Tell them you have no tracking ID for your parcel and if you can use your name and postcode to find out where your parcel is. If they can't find it, then they don't have it. Although, I think for most people so far it seems if they have a Royal Mail track and it still says Pre-advice Received, it means it's with Hermes, if the latest track is at an Outward RDC, then it's with Royal Mail

I was on hold for 75 minutes before talking to custormer service, basically they promised me a tracking number in a little bit, that was 2 hours ago.

They don't want to give me money back and offered me £5 pound in credit in the store and I was like WTF? I wan't my money back and you basically are giving me £5 to spend more money in your store?

I told them, why I found more irritating is that Nintendo is not even acknowledgin the problema, not a public apology or anything, EVEN GAME DID IT for god sake.

They are acting like nothing is happening.

I have all 3 consoles, I had every major console released in the last 25 years so I had to deal with all of them in terms of support, included old Sega.

And Nintendo is to me by FAR the worst of all, included Sony which is horrible, Microsoft is AMAZING in that regard.

Nintendo has completely lost touch with their clients and all they think and care is money, the clients means nothing to them and ll their PR is focused on making money.

The only thing keeping them alive is that they make AMAZING games, because customer support and care for the client is really by far the worst Company I have to deal with, they believe they are making us a favor, they don't see as clients they think we are worshippers.

It's been at the north west distribution centre since last night. Was sent out the exact same time as the switch but with different tracking numbers.
Oh well, my patience failed and I downloaded the digital version so I'll keep the game sealed and keep it that way with the rest of my zelda collection, lol

There is new law and guidelines to online purchasing. If the product or products not received on the specified date that company has given you. The consumer is entitled to a full refund, within 7days. I think Nintendo need to go and read the new law's for online purchasing to protect the consumer. Still waiting, mine is apparently with the royal mail up north.

Well mine got delivered today via Hermes, but to the wrong flat. Who have now gone out. Hopefully not to sell their newly acquired Switch. I don't know these people at all and was in, waiting for the delivery!

Not that Nintendo told me it was coming. I had to use Hermes' online chat to find that out after a tip off from a friend.

Astonishingly bad service from all parties. And I still don't have my Switch!!!

Don't bother attempting to call Hermes btw, every option leads to them telling you to use the web chat. They even let you enter a 16 digit tracking code and then just tell you to use the web chat.

It's also super hard to find the web chat, at least on their mobile site. >_<

@Ogbert I just put hermes web chat into google to get to it I think. I find using google far more use than trying to navigate to contact pages in a lot of sites. Too many of them force you to go through a load of hoops like checking the FAQ section before you can find their contact information.

My orders for BOTW and the Pro Controller arrived yesterday afternoon but it looks like the Switch didn't get processed fast enough to be put on the delivery truck for that day. Hopefully, it'll arrive for Monday. Since I went with 'free shipping' I wasn't expect it until Tuesday but now it is more torturous having the game and controller here but no system.

Hang in there! Once these systems arrive I'm sure these delays will become a distant memory.

Mine shipped apparently on Thursday. Expected it yesterday, nothing. Royal mail tracking website was useless. A random guy turned up today, from Hermes to deliver my switch from Nintendo Store. Didn't mind so much as I preordered from 3 different places to make sure I got one, so now I'm sitting here with 3 x Nintendo Switches, Zelda Collectors Edition, Pro controller, extra joycon and Bomberman

@KageMaru yeah I spoke to them in the end. But in a new twist my neighbour does not have it and is not the person who's name was taken. Hermes have either stolen it or given it to a completely random person somewhere else. I contacted them again and they won't do anything about it because they are MyHermes not Hermes. I can't contact Hermes because that is for retailers.
Was on hold to Nintendo again and they cut me off because they are too busy!

OK so, a woman with 2 dogs just arrived with my switch, on further investigation she was from myhermes.
Don't loose hope people who haven't got them yet, try and get in touch with myhermes.

If you want something guaranteed for day 1 pre order it from a shop. Couriers are always unreliable. My local Game was so dead for the midnight launch, Probably 15 people max and I got a free poster and key ring so that was cool.
