For the ones who have there tracking working now does yours say Royal Mail have it or Nintendo gotta give it to them?

Mine thankfully arrived at 18:20 from Amazon. But I'm sorry to hear everyone else is having such bad experiences, especially since it's directly from the company and they lied.

So if that is actually correct and not a mistake on RM's part as Nintendo claimed it means they haven't even been given my order to forward on to me.
@gcunit My Very Switch was waiting for me when I got home from work. Feeling pretty happy with the £30 saving myself (also not having to actually pay anything right now is a bit of a bonus), keeping the console and Zelda under £300 has helped with breaking it to the wife. (Saved £10 on Zelda too as I ordered while Amazon did that £10 off "thank you" offer).
Now if only I could make some time to play the bloody thing....

Exactly so if that's the case tommorow Royal Mail will receive it but we won't get it till Monday cause it's not with Royal Mail at the moment to give to the driver in the morning for delivery. I feel Nintendo couldn't keep up with delivery demand and on top blamed Royal Mail when it was nintendos mess up@Ogbert
@SquishySquish Mine says that now, you have to click "Where has my item been?" To get more info. Although mine says Pre-advice Received, so that could mean I'm not getting it tomorrow still, but we'll see
@SammiiCake that's what mine said, if you read the explanation it says i quote "Pre-advice Received – The sender has told us they're going to post something, but we haven't received it yet."
Therefore it hasn't even been received by Royal Mail.
Come on what are they doing about this? NOTHING

Personally, I get the feeling Nintendo's system is set up in a way that they "automatically" inform Royal Mail of shipments that were set to be sent out via Royal Mail at a given time every day (it was just before 7PM yesterday). It would explain the fact people got "Pre-advice Received" with the exact same timestamp yesterday despite it being delivered through Hermes. Any ones order who shipped after that notification went off to Royal Mails system will have been sent with the update the next day, hence all your tracking numbers have been updated to say pre-advice received today.
Even though, I don't think Royal Mail are being used at all. I think Nintendo gave them all to Hermes, maybe some to Yodel. They just didn't bother updating their system, so their automations are still going for Royal Mail.
So, personally, I think you can all ignore that "Pre-advice received".
@Bunkerneath It is stupid, but it could just not be updating it. My friend's tracking said the same "Pre-advice Received" when he received his... Just got to wait for tomorrow though. Hopefully we all get compensation too
Well Nintendo said I would be compensated they were not sure how but I would be, but then again Nintendo said a ton of things today that never happened.
I mean hours after they were telling people that, they contradicted themselves saying they were delivered through Hermes instead. I think the support was just going off what their system said, and didn't actually look into it. I don't think the head knows what the hand is doing, so to speak.
@meherenow I know some did, I'm on about those of us who have got a tracking code that only said pre-advice received, or it didn't work at all. I'm of the opinion all of those were shipped via another service.
