You'd think the official Nintendo Store would have an incentive to send it out earlier than their competiters so more people would preorder directly from them in future, or at least thats what I thought when I ordered mine. I was wrong though apparently.
For people in the UK, I don't know why anyone wouldn't order from Nintendo Store directly, good amount of cash back and a two year warranty. Also when I ordered I got a free Mario Calendar!
Well ShopTo have taken my money, its still sat as processing, but I have a tracking number which they state will go live on the evening of the 2nd. I guess DPD are picking up all of the packages Thursday for delivery Friday. Can't wait.

FWIW my pre-order still says it's due for a Friday delivery, but when I click on the 'Track' option it just says 'Order being processed at supplier', which is the same status it's had for 3 weeks, so who knows...
Just to let you know guys I rang Nintendo Uk and they said no ones console has been dispatched yet, everyone who preordered with the store is going to get them. They are taking payments tonight and tommorow and guaranteed delivery Friday. Hope this puts your minds at ease

Still not heard anything from Amazon. Am starting to regret cancelling with Nintendo now. Only reason I did is because they were slow with a previous pre-order a couple of years back.
My amazon orders haven't shipped yet. It's a little strange since usually they'll ship items for launch around 3 am two days prior. I'm a but nervous they haven't shipped yet but it could just be a different shipping situation since it's a console launch
I wouldn't worry about Amazon orders too much - I ordered the Art and Artifacts books recently under standard delivery. Once it started processing, it took no more than a day to arrive at my house. Patience
As I said Nintendo uk still have grey consoles in stock so I think we should all be fine. Game has some neon ones for pre order at the weekend hope I don't live to regret not getting one. @jefflemon what's this about cash back ?
@Ritchiemcbride Im just commenting on how "Very" is a bad retailer.
Cash back refers to sites where you click their link and they pay you back some money for clicking their link, like a referral scheme but you get the cash. you can use it for most things you purchase online, sign up, search for a retailer, click, purchase and then get a percentage back on your purchase, here's the link:

my switch from amazon is still showing as pre-ordered too, i contacted them via their webchat and they said they are in advanced stages of pre-shipping and they would upgrade my postage to make sure it would arrive for friday to put my mind at ease
