Topic: Next Nintendo Direct?

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but since the new Pokémon DLC arrives in the middle of next week, there's a good chance the direct will only happen later this month.

Both F-Zero and Donkey Kong!! in the same direct seems too good to be true but what is there to say against this leaker?
Let's hope they've not started abusing their power! (but I'm sure that's not the case)

Edit: Just remembered that DK64 isn't on NSO yet so there's still a good chance it could just be that. Hype reponsibly!

@Nintoz I've got a funny feeling that Pyoro is pulling a massive troll on us and the F-Zero announcement is actually Captain Falcon being made playable for MK8DX as part of the compulsory DLC slot.
Still cool but definitely not as cool.

Could you imagine someone just:

• getting up to start their day
• logging on here to quickly check some news
• seeing that the 'Next Nintendo Direct?' thread has been absolutely flooded with new posts
• thinking 'oh, did a Direct get announced?'
• clicking in....only to get greeted by everyone speaking in hushed whispers with spoiler tags galore XD

Pyoro has gone from that goofy bird thing in Wario to the scariest and most powerful being in the universe to any Nintendo nerds

I’ve seen people like Centro on twitter (that guy is a fool) miscommunicating Pyoro’s tweets saying he’s teasing a brand new F-Zero and Donkey Kong. No he isn’t. Those could mean anything from remasters, NSO ports, new games, anything. Personally I think it’s most likely F-Zero GX HD the way Pikmin 1 and 2 were ported and not Metroid Prime: not a full graphical overhaul but HD touch ups and maybe even online functionality which would slap so hard. And the donkey Kong thing could be an NSO port. Could be either the Donkey Kong Land games on NSO, DK64 on NSO, King Of Swing on GBA, something like that. Or something like a new 2D DK country but I doubt it. I’m still skeptical, I guess we’ll see what happens ‘next week’.

It feels like people are really desperate to play Mario Party 3 (the wait has been a long time since 1 and 2 happened in November) so I could see a NSO Expansion Pack segment revealing release dates for the remaining games confirmed in the previous Directs (all of them are probably 2023 releases). A reminder, those were:

• 1080 Snowboarding
• Harvest Moon 64 (Japan)
• F-Zero Maximum Velocity
• Golden Sun
• Kirby & the Amazing Mirror
