It's instantaneous. You click buy, it says purchase complete.
I was stuck on the processing page for a few minutes, then it tells me that it's "pending verification". Nothing else is happening, no code email, no charge on my card....

If it's taking forever, then I imagine it has to do with your payment info. Either the billing address doesn't match, or your card company puts a hold automatically on anything purchased on a foreign website, etc. Idk. I never have issues buying anywhere. I'd just give it some time and see what it says. In the meantime you could go over your information to make sure that your name and address and everything matches the card exactly. It'll either accept or reject at some point though...
