Anyone else enjoying BnD? I found myself playing every player I see to collect more cards. I made an insect deck that surprisingly crushes all my opponents so far. I did collect some unique cards with some cool effects so I might try to create a new deck... when someone is good enough to squash my bugs that is.

@shining_nexus Yeah, some of the quests are really just meh.. but the ones that provide backstory and some nice character moments are really nice. It's honestly interesting how some of the more backstory heavy parts of the game are side quests that are completely optional. No wonder I've seen some people say they don't find the main cast that interesting.

@shining_nexus BnD is pretty fun. I'm not great at building decks though, so I keep losing over and over to my opponents. Good thing they don't actually play for Keeps, at least in the chapter 1 area.

@shining_nexus It's certainly a good one 😊 I like the ones where they show a bit more of the personalities of the first two asterisk bosses, although I admit that the Adele sidequests you mentioned is my second or third favorite.

Man, I didn't expect that surprise revelation to happen in chapter 3! And the reaction of Elvis is priceless! 😂

By the way, I got a question for those who have reached Chapter 4. Does the your choice matter in going to, you know, those places? Or does the only thing that changes are the difficulty? I ask since I don't know which place to choose first.

Elvis is probably my favorite character so far honestly. He's just really great.

@VoidofLight Wait until you see his reaction 😊 For me, each has its unique quirks. I like the accent of Gloria and her modest personality, the mystery surrounding Seth (he never talks about his life, outside of sailing), and Elvis and Adele's funny discussions.

@Diddy64 I've seen people complain about Elvis' accent, but he's voiced by an actual Scottish voice actor I'm pretty sure.

Diddy64

@VoidofLight I honestly don't have have any issues with his accent. Sure, some say he isn't voiced in a 100% scottish, but I didn't see this reaction when it was done in Bravely Second with Magnolia. And I am certain that if you ask a real french, he/she will tell you that her accent wasn't done how a real french should talk.

@Diddy64 I think a reviewer said he was voiced by an actual scottish guy.

Diddy64

@VoidofLight I see. Then people should be less critical of him then. Sorry for the late reply. I got distracted leveling up new jobs.

Man God Speed Strike is really broken. I just beat one of the chapter 2 bosses just by spamming it.

Diddy64

@VoidofLight Was it the last boss of chapter 2? That one isn't weak against using the Petunias. Its weakness is (SPOILER ALERT) water (END OF SPOILER).

@Diddy64 it was the knight guy with the big shield.

Diddy64

@VoidofLight Oh, then I should tell you that (SPOILER ALERT) stick to use water spells from this point forward. (END OF SPOILER).

@Diddy64 Alright. The only thing is Elvis' magic doesn't hit that hard, even at his max.

Diddy64

@VoidofLight I see. Have you level up the (SPOILER ALERT) Beastmaster job? Once you reach level 12, the stats increase according to the number of monsters captured (END OF SPOILER).

@VoidofLight A good sub job for (SPOILER ALERT) Beastmaster (END OF SPOILER) would be the job of the green asterisk chapter 2.

@Diddy64 I did, so I should be good as long as I capture beasts with water attacks.
