First ever game to have both hori and vertical scrolling, man I played it tons at the arcades... I'm so old 😂

Never heard of Jump Bug before. I certainly would pick it up if it hit ACA.
How old are you again, btw? I'm 41 here, so we probably don't differ that much.
And yeah, Amidar is one of those games I would looooove to see finally come home.
The only home version of it on console that I can recall is for the Atari 2600. Never seen it released on anything else sadly. I really would love to have it as well as Crush Roller, which I played a ton of at the café I grew up in. The semi-sequel for the Neo Geo Pocket was actually the game I was hyped for when the system was coming out.
The shopkeepers at the import shop I used to visit back then were completely baffled as to why that was the game I was so excited about. lol
Now that I think about it, since Hamster confirmed that they would release pre Neo Geo SNK games, hopefully that dream will actually come through.

@Agent721 Still 1 hour 20 minutes until the challenge ends. I'm going to put it on for one last go now. Been frustrated with this one as 3 times my top 100 score didn't register. I have screenshots but it's not the same.
Going to put in my cabinet and see if that inspires me to a better run. Love playing games in it with the SF-30 Pro.
I must admit time just flies playing this game. It's so gorgeous to look at I keep spotting little details in animations and backgrounds ^^. Some amazing scores posted lads. Nice one. Erm, one small thing I would say is, the second helicopter on level one, once you killed it and it's crashing, carry on shooting it as you can still milk it I never got to the second boss hahaha. Probably need another week to get that far
Looking forward to the next game. I can actually play more this week WOOT!
