To clarify, it's not self promotion haha, just some modded villagers that I found based on the new starters. Sorry if it breaks any rule!

@bimmy-lee Just so you know, peaches are my native fruit on my island! I can help out with those, though I don't think we're Switch friends yet. I could tell you my friend code, but I would have to edit that out after you add me so I don't get any random invites.

Ah yeah, I like the Kapp'n islands more than the ones you'd get from Nook Miles tickets. I like collecting the gyroids as well! I have every fossil and sea creature donated, while I still have some more fish, bugs, and art to get. I think I have only two art pieces to get, I'll be real happy when I get those remaining two. Especially since I like art in general!

That's cool you're into the bug and fish models, I've been getting those on occasion, though not nearly as much. I don't have fossils displayed on my island besides inside the museum, but I do have an amusement park and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I always liked amusement parks, that's why I was happy to get those rides after last year's update.

@MarioLover92 - The amusement park sounds awesome, I haven’t started with those items yet, but we’re definitely going to get them. I used to go to Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH all the time. Love coasters, but I haven’t been in a while now. That was the first place I saw the Street Fighter II cabinet. I know we’re not Switch friends yet because I don’t have very many, just a few folks from NL. I’ll get my friend code in a bit and tag you with it under some random, old article, and then delete after we’re friends.

That's awesome. Though there aren't any coasters in the game - I had a friend of mine tell me that there should be a roller coaster after I posted screenshots of my island's park. I don't recall seeing a SFII cabinet in real life, just played it on consoles like the SNES. Though to be honest, I'm not very good at it and many other fighting games, lol. The only one I'm reasonably competent at is Smash Bros.

@MarioLover92 - Thank you! Glad to be Switch friends. Please let me know an item or two you’ve been searching or hoping for, and I’ll gladly trade it for a peach when we get a chance if I have it. I finally caught a spare coelacanth last night! Two more and we’ll have a cool model. I also received a ladybug model and it’s really cool. Its shell is open with wings spread. I’m pretty miserable at fighting games. I got used to bmups first and I’m just wide open offense. Someone’s getting beat within 30 seconds. Usually me.

Gotta be honest, I’m pretty put off that you deleted me from your friend list, and now want to be friends again to get some gold ore, and then you’ll probably delete me again in the future when you snoop around my profile and see I’m playing games you disagree with. I’m not going out of my way to get back on your list.

@bimmy-lee Yeah you're welcome! The few things I could think of that I'd really love are the two remaining artworks I need. (Wild painting right half, tremendous statue) If you don't have any spares that happen to be real, that's ok. I'll still be happy with getting you a peach or two. That's awesome - I got a ladybug model as well, mainly because I like ladybugs in general. lol

@MarioLover92 - You need a legit right half of the wild painting for the museum, or just something for your personal collection? I have a forged right half and it’s all yours if that’s what you’re looking for.

Woohoo! After all this time, I finally got my island up to a 5-star rating and got the gold watering can. Now I just need to wait a couple of days or however long it will take to get at least one lily-of-the-valley to show up and I can go around and pick up all this furniture that is now in the way of everything and cluttering up the island. What a horrible requirement to get five stars.

@MarioLover92 - Sorry, I came down with the new big C and it knocked me flat for a day. Looks like Anti hooked you up with the half painting, I’ll keep an eye out for your statue. Redd has been really frustrating. He either doesn’t come often, or I always miss him. I’m going to work on opening his booth on Harv’s island now that I’ve paid off all my loans.

@bimmy-lee Yeah, Redd doesn't appear very often in this game. I hardly ever see him in his boat these days, and you gotta be real lucky to get what you want. No rush whatsoever - thanks a lot!
