As of today, I have now played just over 200 hours in ACNH 🎉.
Only one other game I have played has exceeded that number of hours. That game is Smash Ultimate, which I surpassed 200 hours in last year. Though Pokémon Violet is only about 10 hours away from hitting that mark too.
My top 5 favorite games:
1: Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1
2: Pokémon Violet
3: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
4: The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening (2019)
5: Animal Crossing New Horizons

... I regret doing the hotel room decorations now. Every day there's 4-6 random tourists on my island and I can't stop it. They don't even have interesting personalities or dialogue lines or any events associated with them other than one per day needing to be escorted for a room. They're just in the way and make the island feel crowded.
Nintendo could've at least given us an option to reduce or stop tourism with an ordinance or something. But nope. In a game where they focused almost entirely on the player ability to shape the island as they see fit, they then refuse to let you change something that really matters to the "vibes".
@OmnitronVariant
I mean they are tourist, temporary visitors.
I don't even care their dialogue, as long my initial villagers still stay forever on my island.
@Anti-Matter There are new tourists every day. It's annoying. They add nothing meaningful after a short while. For a game that lets us do practically anything with our island, restricting us from controlling this is obnoxious.
Then again the entire hotel is so half-assed in its implementation I'm not surprised. This was clearly created to get a tiny sales spike in a dry spell. I just wish it didn't permanently and forcefully alter the game the way it does.
@OmnitronVariant
Well, indeed the Hotel felt half baked than Happy Home Paradise, but at least the Hotel furnitures look sophisticated.
The tourist did nothing on my island, only wandering around for one day but at least I still able to keep my initial 10 villagers forever.
@OmnitronVariant, I do have to admit, I was wondering myself if there was a way to turn that feature off 🤔. I really hope there is, because I was mostly fine with it at first, but it is kind of starting to annoy me just a bit.

Following adjustments were made to the Switch and Switch 2 version:
Fixed an issue where the game would run slower than normal after exiting the island hotel to an outdoor area.
Fixed an issue where, when asking Resetti to clean up the island, fences that were put away or in storage could change into different customizations or be duplicated, and some cleaned-up items could disappear.
Fixed an issue where Timmy and Tommy would sometimes stop following the player inside Nook’s Cranny.
Fixed an issue where items could pop out of a rock before the shovel made contact when hitting it.
Fixed an issue where, after playing with another player on a slumber island, home remodeling or relocation could become unavailable on the slumber island.
Fixed an issue where the Camera app installation sequence could play when redeeming the Island Designer license at Nook Stop.
Fixed an issue where some items were displayed in incorrect positions in the catalog used for photo studios and hotel decorating.
Other adjustments and corrections were made to improve the game play experience.

Adjustments to only the Switch 2 version:
Fixed an issue where clouds near the horizon could appear misaligned outdoors on the island, causing parts of the sky to show unnaturally.
Adjusted controller vibration intensity to match the level when playing on Nintendo Switch.
Earlier in this thread when the Switch 2 version and the big update released, I was wondering if it was normal that the rumble intensity was so strong(on the Switch 2 Version). So it wasn't just me!
