@wasilewski Surely.. but we are dealing with Capcom here! Apparently they have a history to release SFs with poor net code initially, but eventually get to it when they can/want. Hopefully this won't take too long!
Finally I get my fair share of gaming.

@wasilewski Yeah the matches I had with @Agent721 were pretty much lag free. I believe he's in California and I'm in the Seattle, Washington area and my wired internet is 80 mbps down/5 up and his is even stronger. I have very minimal problems playing MK8 and Splatoon 2 online via wi-fi. Location seems to be the most important factor in how laggy the matches are. Capcom definitely knows it's a problem. Apparently the PS4 and X1 games are just as laggy and SF5 also launched with poor online play and got improved in the months that followed. They better figure this out before they lose their player base.
I had only rarely bad lag, and think that every character have moves you hate if the player is good enough. ;P
I even won couple of matches, even still got my controller today. Must practice and take you all on later again. Gg all and i do not remember so good online fighting game when there's no lag (many games in same).
@wasilewski Yeah it is P2P, I took some comparison videos of me vs you and you vs Fafounet and put them on Twitter with #Capcom so hopefully they get seen. BRB I'll post them here.
@wasilewski Yup. I didn't take any videos, but all my matches with Agent721 looked just like video #2, very fast and no lag. Location, location, location.
@Lroy
Everything's fine. Of course i understand that you are tired with all the reasons you have mentioned. Hope all the best for you and your family too. Let's play again later with better time ^^
Morning everyone!
I'd like to suggest a Splatoon 2 gaming evening this Thursday for 8.30pm UK time. I know that we are due an Arms evening, however since we already beat each other up last evening on SF collection, I thought Splatoon would be a welcome change of pace. Let me know if you are up for it.
Finally I get my fair share of gaming.

@Fafounet I'm in for some Splatoon 2. I checked the schedule and unfortunately Salmon Run won't be open until 11 pm UK time that day, but we can still do private matches or maybe try Turf Wars with friends and hopefully be able to get into the same lobby (come on, Nintendo.)
@Fafounet I'm watching the footie on Thursday or seeing to the kiddy patients (likely both) but if I am in any state to jump on later in the evening. I will. I'll just check to see who is online via my friends list.
By the way, think @NaviandMii still thinks it is a ROCKET LEAGUE night on Thursday, lol!
@Lroy Oops! my bad I thought he mentioned the week after? @NaviAndMii you might confirm when you have a chance? I'd be delighted to have a Rocket League gaming night instead, happy camper either way.

Nah, I've got Rocket League pencilled in for the 14th (shortly after the opening match of the World Cup) ..I've posted a little vote thing up on the Guilded page to determine the venue for the next edition of the Rocket League 'NL Cup' - a bit premature, I know - but I was just playing around with the site and thought it'd be a bit of fun
As @Lroy says, this Thursday could be a bit tricky as it coincides with England's final pre-WC warm-up match - so it might be better (for me, anyway) if we move it to Wednesday instead? (..the match won't finish until around 10pm BST on Thurs - I could still play then, but I'd be a very late arrival) ..@mauhlin12 mentioned that Salmon Run opens at 11pm on Thurs - so I could always pop in for the final hour, then form a late night Salmon Run team if that'd work better? - happy either way!
..during the World Cup itself, it's only really the England matches that will take my undivided attention (eg. the first England match is on a Monday, so I may not be available until around 9:30pm-ish BST that day) - but most other days I'll be more than happy to play and just have the footy on in the background
