Did a search and didn't see a thread for the game. I was surprised by this. For a console port of a mobile game, and that game is a 2D version of Skyrim, this is pretty cool. Local co-op on a shared screen with Diablo-like combat. Lots of busywork with a whole bunch of crafting and monster taming.

Even though the economy system is a bit busted. (Once you get to the second town and get access to the pickaxe and mining, at that point you have unlimited gold.) I think if you're looking for some couch co-op fun with a friend or family...you might like this.

I'm only a few hours in, but looking at the trailer it appears monster taming plays a bigger role in the game's progression than it did at a glance.

Oh there's some beautiful jank in this game. Turns out that if you're playing co-op, and you ride a minecart, you break the character movement with the analog stick for one or both players. But in return you break the walls via roll-dodging and enemy physical damage in general. You are free to roll right through walls and over water without concern of taking damage from most early mobs.

Saving and reloading your game fixes the breakage, but until you do that you're god-like.

Glorious.
