Topic: Switch 2 Talk

The chances of my prediction towards a January reveal happening are starting to get less likely. We’ll see what happens later on because Donkey Kong Country Returns HD releases tomorrow.

I think we should wait for tomorrow before we come to any conclusion here. This isn't a Nintendo Direct situation, where they post an announcement at the usual times.
I can't remember exactly when the announcement was made for the Switch 1, but I think I read it early in the morning. So it was posted in the night/morning for me in my timezone(basically annoucement and trailer on the same day).

Cheer up guys. It's still possible.

In before Nintendo says screw it and announces it on last day of March

The longer Nintendo says nothing (especially if they don’t announce it tomorrow), the longer that could actually happen, and that could also dash any hope for an H1 release, but we can only wait and see.

@Magician Yeah if we don’t hear anything by 9:00 est or so (or 9:30 like you said), I doubt it’s happening. That is, unless Nintendo does Nintendo and shadow drops it tomorrow around 10:00am est

@Magician is there any chance Nintendo would react to the leak and change the date?

@MarioBrickLayer I think third party publishers would be really angry but who knows. So I’m not sure Nintendo can just go changing dates like that out of spite.

So I guess NateTheHate is just a person and doesn't have an uncle that works at Nintendo. Crazy.

@Boogaloo_Jenkins We will find out for sure in a few more years when Japan wakes up and either does or does not announce that they are going to reveal the Switch 2.

I wasn't keen on this week and I haven't really rated Nate as much as some who seem to worship him. Not since he made that video which said Backwards Compatibility was unlikely due to technical hurdles, which I thought was a tad dramatic

But enough media is backing this for it to seem plausible. We'll know for sure within the next 24 hours I guess. I respect the non-vagueness and the fact he's staking his reputation on it. That much gives me some confidence

Well this is the day!
I have no problem to admit when I gets wrong, but unfortunately many can't do it, instead they starts to running amok and accusing everyone so fast when they gets wrong.
Because they worships those "leakers" and "youtubers" & co so hard that they falls incredibly hard when it doesn't happens.

I really hope if it's a unfruitful day again (as usually) and that many starts realizes that those "leakers" are just lying for attention. But we knows that they will just repeat "tomorrow!" or "next week!" until they "gets right" and become a higher deity than the god itself.

As I mentioned earlier for so many times that they has been wrong for ever week since the start of 2024 now. with "Switch 2". They're now just purely guessing until someone gets right.

Late feb to early march is a 99.9% bet, if now not Nintendo decides to delay it because everyone are disrespecting Nintendo now. That's not impossible. So many malicious people out there have just an ill intention of ruining everything for Nintendo by many different reasons. This matter has been discussed deeply on an another Nintendo site for some years ago.

Just don't accusing Nintendo if now there're no reveal today, they has probably already decided a date for the reveal for many months ago, way before when all those "leaks" started.

Instead of that chime that plays with the click sound I would instead use this Wii jingle.

@Keman I think you might have jumped the gun by a few hours on saying you're wrong. There's still some time. Maybe!

Nintendo gets off from keeping big reveal secrets. Nintendo is so overstimulated right now, and has no desire kill this high.
