How are you guys finding Switch 2 image quality in the games you play? So far for me it’s a non-issue for 1st party as expected, but 3rd party is a bit of a mixed bag. 1080p upscaled is a harsh reality to deal with after playing PS5 for years now. I understand they’re completely different consoles, but I wish we could at least reach 1440p upscaled.
I hope Nvidia can release more efficient DLSS models tailored for Switch 2 improving image quality up to 4K without as many sacrifices.
Love my Switch 2, but a better docked experience would really improve my enjoyment of the games, particularly 3rd party games.
The Switch 1 was my main platform for video games for years, so I'm completely used to games having "only" 1080p on the docked Switch 2, which looks fine to my eyes. I sometimes play games that aren't available for the Switch on my PC, like Baldur's Gate 3 and Psychonauts 2, and while the 4K image quality obviously looks nice with them (as well as with the Switch 2 games that can reach it), to me the difference between 1080p and 4K isn't big enough that it would've affect my enjoyment in any way.

No issues yet, but the 3rd-party stuff I'm playing is games like Guardians of Azuma, Cyberpunk, etc. I haven't played any of the gkc stuff like Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, etc.
But then, yea, Switch 2 hasn't even been out for a year yet. I'm sure devs will keep getting better at figuring out some tricks.
I've had mine for less than a month, but no issues on my end. Then again, I'm used to the HD 1080p stuff on my Switch 1. If I recall correctly I haven't turned on 4K yet (though I haven't bothered looking into if my family's TV supports it yet, perhaps I should) and I didn't bother setting up HDR until a few days in, when I got tired of getting bugged about it every single time I turned on the dang thing 🤷♂️. Since my family's TV does apparently support HDR, maybe it's more likely to support 4K too? I should look into that.

The only Switch 2 game that looked a little iffy to me was Pragmata, at least the demo. I still had fun playing it, it just looked a bit jagged. Every other Switch 2 game I played looks great on my 4K TV that I got in 2018.

Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
I only really use my Switch 2 for first-party and indie stuff. The third parties I do have are things that are pretty tailored for Nintendo consoles, like Ace Attorney and some platformers, but I don't have any that are specifically for Switch 2. Sorry I can't be more help.
