I should have rerolled at the beginnig until i got a 5 star and then linked my account. But i did not do that so now i am stuck with no 5 stars ^^ Perhaps in my next batch i will get a 5 star.
Got my third batch today - first five star charackter! Roy!!! - that was cool!

No. In games like these, Rpg Gacha games, there's ways to increase the rank for units. Sometimes you just need the right requirements. First they need to be Lv20 or higher. Secondly, you need white feathers and the specific colored emblems which are used for raising the rank of a unit of that color.

So it seems you can upgrade heroes over level 20. Should i level them up or increase star level right at 20? Anyone tried something about it?
Edit: I saw that level cap is 40. I think that to get max stats we should get heroes to level 40 before upgrading star level, and at max star level merge them. Am i right?

Took me 23 summons to get my first 5 star.
Takumi replaced Hinata on my current lineup and i am really happy right now.
I got a non 5 star focus Daraen and i am thinking about upgrading that one to 4 stars and later to 5 stars.
just performed my fourth summoning batch, got three 3 star and two 4 star heroes. - one 5 star hero so far (Roy). each time its getting harder to accumulate 20 orbs. , I guess thats the idea behind it to make people pay for orbs,
if I were to buy the 140 orbs pack - I would basically pay more than I paid for the Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition . That would enable me to perfrom seven summoning batches. At my current rate that would be 1-2 five star heroes (if lucky!!!!), maybe 14 four star heroes and lots of unwanted three stars. Of course, I am not gonna buy any orbs and will probably play less and less, wonder if that two orbs gift will be available every day. so that at least one summoning every ten days could be performed.
its been fun so far, but I guess it will lose appeal for non-paying gamers pretty soon
Just play the story on hard and then the next higer difficulty. You get orbs for those again.
Once i was done with the story on normals i started on hard and could just auto fight my way through 6 chapters.
And after chapter 7 i got my first 5 star.

Just read on the net the games been hacked already and people are getting like 100000 orbs,
I was just about to give up on this box too. That 5* star animation is pretty sweet! Far and away the best draw I've had so far, it's really making the 4 person units much harder to compile. Gonna have to start taking advantage of the "free" training towers to build up some of these cards. Roy was all I really wanted out of this box so my next 20 will go towards to the Heroes box to see how my luck pans out there.

I picked the wrong hero summoning group and ended up with mostly Awakening and Fates characters which saddened me. I was hoping for mostly GBA and GC/Wii characters.
That said, FE Heroes is tempting me to go back to Fates as Hyrule Warriors Legends really took away a lot of my Fates hype last year.
