My laptop when it boots. and after the Windows 7 Boot Screen and when I log in, this error message comes up (In the classic "95,98,NT4,2000,ME" theme)Saying "This application failed to start (0x000022b). This Program will now terminate And as it finishes logging on It then shows NOTHING No Desktop, Startmenu,No Nothing I have to open a pg from the Task Manager And I can't use YouTube. This error popped up on the 17th of March, 2013. And it was collecting dust ever since. ==CAN ANYBODY FIX THE ERROR==
