thanks to the 3ds vc, action platformers. I mean, Metroid 2, Kid Icarus, Gargoyle's Quest, Avenging Spirit... they're all good games, but there are so many of them...
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
Pharaoh & Cleopatra. I want to finish them on the hardest difficulty level, but the missions have become tiresome, especially because you start from scratch in each of them.
Well, I love Mario Party 9, but sometimes I hate it all the same. Way too much luck plays a factor. I won every minigame last night (everything that takes skill in other words) and I still didn't win. I might as well have tossed a coin from the start. ...and I have to sort of agree...I wish there was something more to MK7. Needing some new 3DS games to come out!

Is that the Egyptian city building game on PC? I loved that game back in the day.

Mario Kart 7 got boring the day I bought it. I can't believe anyone finds it fun. I find it to be the worst Mario Kart ever. Even worse than Super Circuit.
Otherwise I'm sick of every game I beat to death. (Brawl, Mario Kart Wii, Black Ops, Galaxy 2, etc.)

The very same, my friend. I decided to go through all the Impressions Games' city-building games (Caesar III, Pharaoh & Cleopatra, Zeus & Poseidon, Emperor) on the hardest difficulty level, but Pharaoh is the most tiresome of all. Still love it as a game though, and there are also lots of great custom made scenarios and campaigns for these games.

Nice I have all of those on PC as well although I wasnt too much of a fan of Zeus and Poseidon I thought the whole hero thing distracted from the actual planning of the city. Emperor was by far my favorite but than again I always liked Asian culture. Damn now I am going to have to play them again here soon.

I have the extra campaign for Emperor already and I still have the discs for all the others as well. The only one I got rid of a few years ago was Pharaoh but I rebought about a year ago.

I'm tired of playing games that try to push realism by whoring so many details into the game's environment and models. There are too many developers using technology to push realism rather than immersion. I know that sounds a bit out there, but an element I love about games is the fantasy so I'm more immersed when they're more abstract in their graphical display. As an example, Resident Evil Revelations would be a title pushing realism while Dementium provided more of a push in immersion, and the latter game is the one I've beaten due to how well it sucked me in.
