@blindsquarel Eh, wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't joking. I also saw a Beatemup's video about him talking about the direct, but saying he won't in the title. I didn't watch it, but I know it's just going to be him bashing the game, and beating the dead horse that is "Xenoblade 2 bad, because I spent 100 hours in the first area!"
"It is fate. Many have tried, yet none have ever managed to escape it's flow."
@VoidofLight
Honestly the beatemups one was pretty good. All he said about xenoblade was that it wasn’t his thing but he was happy for its fans. I actually kinda agree with his points about the direct overall. Honestly by the reaction the video got you would think he said it was the worst direct ever but in reality he said it was a 7 out of 10. I agree beatemups has a clickbait problem but this video was a good one.

I've never liked golf in any Wii Sports game. I usually like motion controls, I like golf games but Wii Sports golf never worked as well as it should have in my experience.
@blindsquarel
The reason I don't want new Punch Out games because you cannot even move freely like standard fighting games. In Punch Out, your gameplay objection just Hit and Dodge from same angle, nothing else. That's why I don't like it because it just stuck on same position without moving to another direction.
The reason I like K-1 PS2 games because it has Standard fighting games model from fighter placement (P1 on the left, P2 on the right), ability to move freely like Tekken, ability to change the camera angle, the fighting style with punch and kick movements, the Career mode to create your own fighter and you can train them and the custom fighter can be used for Versus Play, Special moves with simple Street Fighter style like command input.
I posted two videos of Punch Out Wii and K-1 WORLD MAX 2005 PS2 as comparison so you will know why I don't like new Punch Out games but I like K-1 PS2 games instead.

Also, Mario Boxing is do exist..... In disguise of Mario & Sonic Olympic games. Even he wears Boxing gloves and punching other characters.
Mii Boxing in Mario & Sonic Olympic games 2016
The boxing on Mario & Sonic Olympic games looks better than Punch Out games as you still able to move to different direction but not as flexible as K-1 games and it still have Special moves when the Gauge meter is already Full. That's why I want Mario Boxing / Kickboxing because Nintendo / SEGA have ever made Mario Boxing in Mario & Sonic Olympic games.
@Anti-Matter
One mini game dis not a Mario boxing game. We already have to much Mario sports games anyway. Release strikers and then no more for three years at least.

@blindsquarel
Nintendo can make Mario Boxing based on Mario & Sonic Olympic Games and upgrade with more features. Add with Mii and Kickboxing fight style to make it better.
@Anti-Matter Its mario and sonic, so its as much as a sonic boxing, as a mario boxing, I don't think it counts.
Idk, I dob't think one is better then the other, as they have two different game styles. punch out is a blast, its fun to read what the character would do, as they have a pattern, I actually like NES punch out more then SNES.
Nintendo are like woman, You love them for whats on the inside, not the outside…you know what I mean! Luzlane best girl!

@Snatcher
Here is my deep thoughts between Punch Out games and K-1 games.
As a PlayStation gamer during my teenhood and college age in 2000's era, my expectation about Boxing games has been molded from K-1 games on PS2 as it has the game model that I really like to play from every aspect so when I saw Punch Out Wii, SNES and NES version, I felt disappointed because the games didn't have gameplay style that meet my expectation as my expectation for Boxing games should be at least looks like K-1 games on PS2. Also, since I have ever played Street Fighter Alpha series and Street Fighter III 3rd Strike on PS2, I want to see some improvement from Boxing / Kickboxing games with game formula from Street Fighter style such from Special moves choices (Choose 1 from 3 Special moves from Street Fighter III), different way of Special move meter charging method (taken from Capcom vs SNK 2). Punch Out games didn't have something that meet my expectation and thus I don't want a Boxing game with Punch Out style. Punching the opponent from same angle all the times from Punch Out games look very uninteresting for me.
