@Professor_Plumber I mean I watched Freaky Friday (all three!) I don't know if I'd want a sequel to the only decent one.

@Professor_Plumber those mad lads at Disney thought a musical remake of Freaky Friday would be a good idea. It was not, it was kinda cringe.

@Professor_Plumber there's a certain circle of movies and Tv just for them and all I know is that I have seen too much of it.

I finally got around to watching Sonic Prime. Really liking it so far. I'm surprise at how dark the series is. Though, I was really surprised to see Ashleigh Ball voicing Tails, I knew I heard the voice before. I know her from My Little Pony and Littlest Pet Shop. Even though it's a different voice than Rainbow Dash and Blythe respectively, I was able to pick up on it at times.

The premise is kind of interesting, like a what if Eggman won kind of scenario.

The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!

@Professor_Plumber I watched one episode of Muppets Mayhem... Its not that good I have to report.

@Professor_Plumber the main human lead is hard to watch... The main male lead is decent and you can tell he's an actor... The Muppets are great as usual but they don't have much to work with.

At least it didn't get canceled.

@Professor_Plumber yup, she's cringe... There I said it. Tahj is great, he works very well with the Muppets and I kinda wish he was the lead he could have been really cool but nope gotta have that past their prime sketch YouTuber because agents...

The only YouTuber with a good switch to Hollywood is Bo Burnham imo.

IMDB sure seems to like the show though, neat.

@Professor_Plumber Yup, he was a Tuber.

Also, the episodes were realized all at once instead of weekly... So even Disney doesn't really believe in this show sadly, I mean if a John Stamos sports drama can be weekly this could have been too. Not saying it should have but it could have.

@Professor_Plumber They hire writers like any studio but nothing is ever really long-term unless you are some kind of show planner.

I will say that this might be a good chance for "modern folk" to go and watch some hidden gems and old almost forgotten shows. Like Mirrormask, please watch Mirrormask, it is a hidden gem and is an amazing film.

@Professor_Plumber all of the shame, and for a second we thought he was a good guy in this.

@Professor_Plumber they removed Walter Mitty and Raising Arizona for some odd reason and I don't think there is any press on that.

I think people are thinking of this wrong, streaming isn't owning it the same way as a DVDs as it's really like watching TV or cable where shows come and go all the time.

I prefer streaming to be honest. Owning everything single thing I watch as a DVD sounds hellish, just piles of rubbish movies and shows I only watched for 20 mins and don't care for cluttering the house. Besides are people really upset they can't watch Disney Fairy Tale Weddings anymore? ;p

Although folk should be watching Pistol before it's gone as it was brilliant. Oscar winning director Danny Boi Boyle (although Slumdog Millionaire is good but far from one of my favourite films of his tbh) tells the story of the legendary punk band Sex Pistols. Masie Williams in particular is a standout from the show as she has grown up from that kid in Games Of Thrones and Doctor Who to wear shocking punky things, oh my!

@Professor_Plumber I'm all for art being preserved but this doesn't feel like people are worried about art. It's more like folk complaining they can't watch something they were never gonna watch as it's not like they are taking away Ant Man or Star Wars and no one is saying "OMG I LOVE THAT SHOW HOW DARE THEY!!!". I reckon it's gonna be like the Disney vault innit, Disney use to rotate their movies so there would be no way to watch them so when one did came out people would be excited by the chance to see it which is one way of getting people to see them by telling them they can't watch it.

In any case since when did people watch things because it's good? The most watched shows and movies would be VERY different if it was actually based on being good or not.
