Question: Who is 'Spearguy'? What did he do?

He was really rude and didn't follow and forum rules (not swearing, more like not commenting one the person above all the time.) He was really annoying. He then made another account afte he got banned. He then made another account after he got banned again and did some serious spamming and creat tons of pages saying "Spearguy is back" on multiple forums. He made about 500-600 posts in a few hours. He then got banned again and everything he said was deleted.
