@Sunsy I wouldn't mind seeing a MLP pic or two sometime. I never really got into the show, but the animation looked fluid.
Amiibo were clearly Nintendo trying to cash into the toys to life market, at least in the beginning. I think they are going for the limited edition collector mentality these days. Against my better judgment, I ordered the Noah + Mio double pack since I'm a hopeless Xenoblade nerd. I hadn't bought any in awhile before now.
Glad that chocolate cake can be recreated at a whim at least! Thanks, both parents had good birthdays. I had a bit of normal cake AND cheesecake. Sadly, my mom is now under the weather with something respiratory. I hope your mom's bday is a good one.
Ah, I think I remember the Phazon Mines fight...I think many people have issues with that one. I know I had to quit that fight and then come back to it later when I played MPT. Are there difficulty settings? If I were repeatedly having issues, I'd eventually cave and scale down to a less intense one (if possible, and without losing progress). Glad that you seen to be reaping much more enjoyment out of the Splatoon 3 Side Order expansion and related gameplay.
I've only seen the original Pinocchio movie, not the remake. I think I've read the original tale too, though my memory is foggy. I had access to some of the Disney Golden Books and a couple of huge hardcover retellings in the day. That's how I know what happens in a couple of classics I've never seen, like Peter Pan (but I have seen Hook, ironically).
Now I want to rewatch some classic Don Bluth films again lol. I wonder what I can find on YouTube....
All right.
I have to draw my characters for my story telling with model quickly during this March and the sketches must be done before end of March as I will start to color, cut, laminate and cut again during April.
My story telling project currently is the hardest so far. A lot of characters with different poses.
@Tyranexx Lol! Hello there! Been making all those zombies disappear with my cute little magic wand. Guess I made Resident Evil Village a lot more whimsical!
Nice, that's good to hear. Also sorry to hear that your mom's not feeling so good, I hope she gets better real soon! Thank you, been thinking of what presents to give to my mom, she has liked everything I got her over the years.
I was told that there's an easy difficulty in Metroid Prime Remastered, but I don't know for sure if it allows changing the difficulty on the fly, or if I'd need to start a new game and pick easy. I could check next time. Yeah, I had to take a break from the game since that boss was driving me nuts... honestly, I don't think I'd mind playing on easy. I've been thinking of doing that for RPGs anyway, since they're so gosh darn long.
Me too, got a lot of mileage from Side Order myself! Got to play in Marlin Airport as well, which is the new stage that they've added for Turf War and Anarchy Battles. They made a new stage for Salmon Run as well, but I forgot to play in it... only because I was super into Side Order! On a side note, Side Order's soundtrack is awesome. Which is no surprise because the Splatoon series have always had great music.
Same here, I've not seen the remake either. Nice, that's cool. That Disney book I've mentioned also had retellings of movies that we didn't have during my childhood (such as Sleeping Beauty and Alice in Wonderland, two movies I didn't see until much, much later). I still have that book, and it's called Disney's Treasury of Children's Classics. It was a gift for me and my younger brother from back in... I wanna say 1997 or so. I've had some Disney Golden Books during my childhood as well. I've not seen Hook, though I have heard of it.
Nice. You could probably see some clips on YouTube at least!

Good morning.
Today there will be a Mid Term Report activity in my school.
Parents of students will pick the report paper which consist the scores of the test, homework, quiz, Extracurricular and meeting between parents and classroom teachers to discuss about the progress of the students.
@Smth2024 ah, mining. Killing slimes and maxing out your level huh? (reference). I always go for raising crops since it's liek the backbone of all Harvest Moon games. Shame the sprinklers make it so easy. But well, watering cans in HM were just as op
Romancing is nice, but the NPCs in Stardew dont suit my tastes. The beta version had better protraits, and they are kinda dark for a farming game (looking at lowlifes like Shane and Pam).
Also, romancing before SoS Friends of Mineral Town was an uncough business as you either had to play as a guy or date a guy, so pure love was out of question. Which is a shame because there are so many fantastic bachelorettes in the HM/SoS series, but I don't have the stomach for this.

Gay marriage in Story of Seasons / Harvest Moon games (Or any similar games) is my favorite part.
Handsome looking dudes for my husband, ahoy!
I've had trouble getting into Stardew Valley... I don't really know why. Weird, because I do like Animal Crossing. Perhaps I could try out the mining farm as @Smth2024 picked, I do remember liking the mining part.

The problem with video game preservation is that even if it WERE possible to get every game in existence today, nobody has the time or patience to beat all of them in their life. Not to mention they might not have an interest in every single one of them either.

Mining farm is an interesting choice, I never considered that one because of how little stamina you start out with, it would be wasted on mining all the rocks away when trying to start a farm. I always went for the forest farm myself since the wood was useful and the trees were much easier to clear.
I'm pretty nervous to see I have to draw a lot of characters for my next story telling as this time I have to draw for 12 characters with multiple different poses for each characters.
The main characters have more different poses than the supportive characters and guest star characters. Not to mention the extra hand drawings A4 size for showing inside the vehicles since there is the chase scene between police and thief with vehicles.
If I count all of them, I have to draw more than 100 pictures. 😵
And I set the date of story telling day on 29 April 2024 for the earliest day and if I still need more time to finish, I will change to 13 May 2024.
I cannot be too relax during March and April 2024 as I have to draw all the characters quickly before end of March as I will start to color all of them during April and to save my time, before I draw the characters I have drawn the sketches on other paper and all the characters with same head will be drawn once and I will draw multiple different face expressions so I can edit quickly on Corel PhotoPAINT.
And after edit all the characters, it's still not finish yet. I have to print all of them and since the printer in my school cannot print in color with high quality, I have to spend a lot of money for printing on papers + buy the plastic laminating films in box since I will laminate a lot of characters and pictures and I don't want to waste the laminating plastic film from school supply.
Also, I have to print a lot of different background as the place settings on A3 art papers + I have to do some crafts for making the special features such as red laser security system made of red wool strings and cardboard paper, pop up card to introduce my main protagonist, the helicopter + the net, etc.
This story telling, the fifth story telling with diorama model is way more difficult than my previous story telling as there are more characters to draw with a lot of different poses and more different backgrounds. While preparing my drawings, I still have to find the right music for each situation and practice the dialogues from the script I have written before.
I already felt overwhelmed with my whole plan to make epic story telling with my anthro animal characters as the characters in my next story telling. I really want to deliver this story telling with my own idea and I'm thinking my students will like it very much as the story theme is about police and there will be more actions than my previous story telling. And for the first time, I will make a Credit Roll picture with A3 size that mentioned all of my characters like movie style and my sincere thank you for watching the story telling.
Wish me luck so I can finish my big story telling project right on time. 😌
@Smth2024 tips for art? From me? You're a bold one. What would you like to know? I gathered much info on how to draw its just that I don't practice because I have no motivation and my self esteem suffers a nuclear blow every time I see my work
