@Sunsy Figure quality is why I'll buy the occasional amiibo if it's from a franchise I really like. I've seen vinyl figures that can look very good too. While I like some of the stuff that First 4 Figures comes up with, I highly doubt I'll ever dig deep enough for what they're charging.
@XandertheWise It snowed over the weekend which i love the snow but it snowed so much that alot of the roads were too bad to drive lol so I stayed and played Mario VS donkey Kong for switch Friday night but Saturday Night I went to a couple bars with some friends and we came back sloshed and played a very long and rowdy game of beerio kart xD

I got a tiny little Perler bead kit on Valentines. It came with patterns and colors to make space ships and aliens.
But of course I had to make a Link instead. The board was 14 by 14 so had to compact him a bit. But I think it looks nice.
Love it! You even kept the classic pink hair. It's been years since I've messed with one of those kits, but they can be pretty fun.
@Tyranexx haha thanks! When I was making it, at first I was considering having the paler green as the hair (and yellow for the skin), but then I realized pink was one of my options… and I think it was for the better.

I have very conflicted feeling since January 2024 after I have played the 5 panels dance machine Phoenix version for the first time in late November 2023 after 20 years I have been playing DDR Arcade (sorry, I don't want to mention the actual name of the 5 panels dance machine since it will make me triggered and I have very serious issue with them).
The conflicted feeling started when I found my favorite DDR artist Naoki Maeda and Yasuhiro Taguchi after quit from Konami long time ago, they made their newest song on the dance machine that actually I really hate them.
The dance machine I meant is the 5 panels dance machine, not by Konami because they are the rival of Konami's DDR machine.
Back 20 years ago in year 2004 when I was still young and first time playing DDR on Arcade, I have fallen in love with every single things from DDR but I didn't show any interest with the rival machine, that 5 panels dance machine during that time. It was the war of dancing machine popularity during early 2000's era. As I grew up, I found something stinks from the company who made 5 panels dance machine which they made DDR clones in USA with name In The Groove (ITG) which made me really angry after Konami sued the ITG machine for plagiarizing DDR machine. Added with the attitudes I found from the peoples on country K who made 5 panels dance machine that made me sick and hate because of plagiarizing mentality, it built my utmost hatred with every single things from the country K (sorry, I censored the name of the country i'm talking about since I really really hate with this country so I just call it country K, but you understand with what I meant).
My hatred with country K keep accumulated from years to years and I still repulsed whenever I accidentally found the stuffs about country k every where. Even until today, I still keep finding the stuffs in my country got endorsed by the peoples from country K and it made me really disgusted and repulsed. I really hate them, why this world keep getting invaded by country k fever?!
And when I found one of Naoki Maeda song with title CHAOS Again, I thought it was his new creation on other Japanese rhythm games like MaiMai & Chunithm by SEGA, but I was shocked and disbelief when the fact CHAOS Again was Naoki Maeda song on the 5 panels dance machine that I really hate. I was speechless and really disappointed to see my worshipped Konami artist after leaving from Konami, he also gave contribution on rhythm games that I have hatred with them, because it is from country K, not from Japan. From here, I have very conflicted feeling between the feeling want to give a try for 5 panels dance machine because of Naoki Maeda song but at the same time I don't want to support the company who made 5 panels dance machine and especially from country K. I really don't want to support everything from country K since I still have hatred with them but Naoki Maeda song on 5 dance panels machine, I couldn't resist to not playing that song.
It took very very long time before I dared myself to try 5 panels dance machine Phoenix version for the first time, actually I could play as good as DDR except I still struggled on certain arrow position since I used to play with Up Down Left Right arrows position from DDR, not the diagonal arrows. And for the songs choices, since I really hate country k even I hate their language so I only pick instrumental / English lyrics only / Japanese lyrics only songs and I will never pick songs with country k language. And there are some songs that actually pretty good in my opinion, a little bit better than current DDR songs on DDR A3, added with the songs from former Konami artist like Tatsh (Tatsuya Shimizu) who contributed his songs also on 5 panels dance machine with Japanese lyrics.
But the problem is, after I played the 5 panels dance machine for 1 month, I have conflicted feeling between want to stop or keep playing that machine. I tried so hard to pretend I have never played that game before by distracting myself with other Arcade games but the more I ignored the 5 panels dance machine, the more I have conflicted feeling. I have played again that machine after breaking for 1 or 2 weeks but everytime after I played them, I was wondering why am I still playing that game. Why I couldn't stop?
It was like I played not because I like but more like I have no choice since there is only one DDR machine still survive in my hometown and it's very old DDR machine, DDR MAX 2 from year 2002. It still one of my favorite DDR machine and I still keep playing DDR MAX 2, but with only 120+ songs, I started to feel bored. With that situation which the 5 panels dance machine dominated every single Arcade Center in Indonesia, the owner of Arcade Center will probably not consider the newest DDR machine since the demographic in Indonesia shown the majority audiences prefer the 5 panels dance machine than DDR machine just because of the country K fever. And this situation really put me in peril as DDR player and to see there is almost no hope for newest DDR machine will be available in Indonesia, it gave me anxiety and conflicted feeling to continue or not playing 5 panels dance machine.
Actually there are few places in Indonesia like Bandung already got the newest DDR machine DDR A3 but it just only one machine.
And just now I have played again the 5 panels dance machine Phoenix version despite I still have upset feeling after playing and questioning myself "Why Am I still playing that machine?!" even I tried to stop playing them.
What do you think about current situation ?
I still have conflicted and guilty feeling for keep playing the 5 panels dance machine.

Had a good week this week. Took a trip to the store with my friend, and did an errand this week and treated myself to some Trolls Mineez on both days. Got Poppy, Satin, Tiny, Guy, Crimp, and King Gristle. They're really cute, I like them.
@Tyranexx I've seen the First 4 Figures Sonic stuff only wishing I could have it. At one point, Funko did more than just Pops. They had, at least for My Little Pony, really detailed figures of the characters, and smaller "Power Ponies" figures, and they were nice and stylized differently than their Pops line.
Amiibos are always great, actually, I was fortunate buying the Rosalina Smash one. Talk about luck, I did an errand and saw one left and bought it. Will admit, I dislike how they only save one progress at a time, actually have three Sonics thanks to that restriction. I liked them, they were like mini Smash trophies.
@Princess_Lilly At the time of typing that, all of them since I was playing with my friend online and we were trying characters. I found myself going back to play as Orchid. Did beat the game on two-star difficulty. I'm casual with fighting games, so I usually play on lower difficulty settings.
Timing was perfect as I've been playing Mortal Kombat II on PC, and Mortal Kombat 11 on Switch. Been playing some fighting games lately.
@Eel Surprisingly she is. I was surprised too. It's like the Mineez are going for a cutesy style that's different than what you'd see in the movie. I like it.
I got some of them for Christmas via the advent calendar, but I haven't seen how they did Crimp and King Gristle until the other day.

@Sunsy yeah fighting games are kinda hardcore, you need a lot of practice to even start playing on a decent level. Mortal Kombat is kinda easy I guess? But I was always more of a Tekken person, and later a Smash person

@Princess_Lilly Indeed, I usually just play them with friends or lowering the difficulty. Wouldn't say Mortal Kombat is easy. Try the arcade version of Mortal Kombat II, the CPU reads your button inputs and is really, really hard. After all, the game was designed to suck up quarters.
I play the GOG version of Mortal Kombat II, where the difficulty settings actually work. Easy is easy, medium is medium, and so on. I do have the arcade version on Steam (before it got delisted) and Midway Arcade Treasures 2 on GameCube.
