@Snatcher I'm comign to your house and kidnapping you the seocnd I can afford it, just you wait!
Ok but seriusly that sounds fun, like us both making goofy plushies together @Moffo Stuffed animals are great
What the heck Ella! You know you can’t just kidnap people! Without first offering dip first! Like come on no ships or dip? Wouldn’t be a fun kidnapping I say.
It does because it would be! That build a bear truly is a blast.

Nintendo are like woman, You love them for whats on the inside, not the outside…you know what I mean! Luzlane best girl!
(My friend code is SW-7322-1645-6323, please ask me before you use it)
@Moffo Good thing you dont know me irl... I use sarcasm a LOT
Space and Games are similar. Space is endless and new stuff is out there waiting to be discovered. Games are always being made but the creativity is different from one game to another and so many more ideas still haven't been imagined or created yet. (That came out better than expected lol)
Violent night was honestly surprisingly a movie I liked, I felt like they could do more with it a little but other then that I think it’s a new Christmas staple.
So if you really don’t have any use for the codes feel free to let me take them off your hands.
Nice, third time's the charm. Glad you're enjoying the movie. I like playing as Yoshi sometimes and I used to play as him a lot when I was a kid. When the Yoshi's Island course came out for Mario Kart, I played as Yoshi quite a lot to match the occasion. That's cool, we both like the good guys! They're the ones who save the day, after all. If there's any lessons that characters like Mario have taught me, it's to never give up and always do your best.
Yeah exactly. There's nothing wrong with being critical as long as you're constructive about it, and not just throwing insults around. Here's an example of mine... I like how Mario Kart Tour has a bunch of different costumes for all the characters and how it introduced courses that took place around the world, but I just did not like playing the game itself. I didn't like the touch screen controls and the microtransactions, and now that the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC is here, I'd much rather play the Tour courses over there. I know some people liked Tour, and that's fine. Everyone has their own opinions, after all. That's good, as long as you're enjoying whichever movie/game/etc., that's all that matters. I'm pretty much like that with movies as well.
All righty, gotcha. Holiday in Harmony does sound like it's more of a Christmas special, yeah. The cape was also insanely powerful in Super Mario World... you could literally use it to fly over many of the game's levels when you got the timing down.
I'd like that as well, maybe increase the screen resolution while keeping the pixel art, like what Sonic Origins did. Maybe even tweak the controls a little bit. Yep, they made Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection - they made a collection for the Mega Man Zero games as well. Oh that's cool, I think I recall that about the Metroid games... I remember that before Metroid Dread came out, I finished Metroid Fusion. I finished the other 2D games beforehand, too. That's cool, I used to have Pokemon Red and Yellow when I was young. I was considering getting Red from the eShop, but I didn't like how it was all in black and white, and I was content with just getting one of the gen 2 games.
It did kind of feel like the SNES controller, yeah... the original GBA came in similar colors as that of the US design of the SNES. Ah yeah that's good, those combo packs definitely save money in the long run. Disney stopped doing the vault? Didn't know that, that's good to hear.
All righty, that also sounds like a nice plan. I'm planning on getting the tree up after Thanksgiving since my mom likes having seasonal decorations up for each holiday/season. I also got a new ornament this year, this time it's Cat Mario! Can't wait to have him on my tree this year. Agreed on decorating for the holidays. I actually have a few Christmas things in my bedroom as well, such as my little potted cherry tree. It's also got pine cones and a large red ribbon. My train set is here on my shelf, too... just waiting to be put under the tree! I have a picture of that, if you'd like me to show you.
Agreed for sure. That's cool you got quite a few Trolls merch.
Yup, even going for a fourth time now. I have a ticket to see it again next Monday. Really want to enjoy this in theaters as much as I can, especially after Trolls World Tour had to skip theaters. Going on my own again next time. Nice, I would always play as Yoshi whenever I was a kid in Mario Kart games. Yoshi was the reason why I wanted to play Yoshi's Story too, and I had the two Game Boy Yoshi games. Indeed.
Indeed, for me, I'm critical with Nintendo Switch Online. If I'm paying for it, I want the servers for games to be better, and have more regular NSO game drops on the classic systems, or even more games that aren't just the obscure ones. Though some obscure games are interesting and fun. I want the service to be better now that it's a paid service. That is a fine way to look at Mario Kart Tour, I think I would have the same problem with Mario Kart Tour, and I have bought a few microtransactions in a few F2P games I like (mainly Apex Legends to get a Christmas skin because I like the game). When it comes to random items, it feels like gambling since you don't know what you're getting, vs getting a character skin up front.
Yup, recommending Trolls: Holiday In Harmony since I think you'd like it knowing how much you like the Christmas season. Yeah, I was very surprised once I got the hang of it how far I made Mario go, or places he couldn't reach before (I see you 3-up Moon on Yoshi's Island 1 of Super Mario World. ).
I think that could work out, worst case scenario, they could make an emulated collection, but the added resolution would make it feel like a remaster, and see more of the level. Kinda like how widescreen made the mobile Sonic ports have more to it. Yup, I think I contributed to the rise of Metroid games on the Wii U and 3DS since I bought Metroid Zero Mission and Metroid II at the time. Congrats on finishing Fusion. Yeah, Pokemon Red and Blue were black and white, even on Game Boy Color. They would have either a blue shade or a red/pink shade depending on the version on GBC. I use to set the GBC's green theme (the settings to change colors in old GB games) since it made the grass green, and the water almost looked blue. Pokemon Yellow has color, but it was B&W for its Japanese release since it came out before the GBC there.
Yeah, it was basically a pocket sized SNES... which made Sonic 1 GBA, Phantasy Star Collection, and Sega Smash Pack even odder to have on GBA, lol. Yeah, after Disney+, they stopped vaulting movies.
Nice, I have my tree out already, I just need to fan out the branches, and start decorating the day after Thanksgiving. I also need to decorate the small tree in my bedroom. That sounds like an awesome ornament, I'm guessing Super Mario 3D World inspired. That sounds really nice, I might set up the train too, I just need new batteries in it.
Yeah, here's a pic of what I got. The theater gave these to everyone who bought a ticket, in addition to an ICEE to drink during the movie (my theater even had the ICEE machine decorated with Trolls on it). Figure was a blind bag, so I got Baby Branch, my friend got Viva. The lanyard is nice, it's the movie poster with a 3D effect to it. They called it a "fan event." Of course I wore my one of my favorite Trolls shirts to it too.
Thanks!
I’m aiming to get Black Belt this time next year, I just gotta get the rank between brown belt and black belt beforehand lol
The fact I completely skipped a rank after red belt (which in my school is “Brown Prospect”) and moved up straight to brown belt at my test yesterday has saved me a lot of time, so hopefully I can get black belt next November.
You're welcome. Best of luck making it to black belt.
@Moffo Don't be sorry, there's some days when I can't post at all because IRL gets in the way, or I'm enjoying a game. I'm doing good, went to a pizza party earlier. It was alright, I'm not really a party kind of guy, it's too much. I'm someone who likes small gatherings with a few people I know. It feels awkward being around people I don't know well, even if someone I know invited me.
I just got done devoruing a strawberry ring-pop (Only red flavor I can eat, so i was very happy) cause my mom gives me one for every A I have by the end of the week (Thanksgivning break so I got them today) and now my tongue is brihgt hecking pink

@Sunsy To be fair, shelling out for as many supplies as possible could potentially be a way to win...depending on when one started, the speed, rations, and how much the game wants to RNG screw the player during that run. XD
Man...I wish I didn't like sweets as much as I do. I'm intentionally picky about what I do have when it's available - I don't gravitate to stuff that's easily accessible for example - but some times of the year are very hard. Especially the block of time before, during, and after Christmas and New Years. There are some candies, cookies, snack foods, etc. I really don't care for though. I'm usually not into most hard candies, and some Little Debbie/Hostess stuff like Twinkies or Swiss Rolls can go to the garbage for all I care.
@MarioLover92 We're opposites there; I originally started studying game design along with programming, and I quite enjoy the logical thinking and problem solving of the latter. And when I discovered I didn't mind the business side of it either. Graphics and modeling...I'd definitely need help. I think I have amazing ideas in my head, but it's difficult to translate them from my head onto a physical or digital art space. At least to my impatient, picky satisfaction. I actually recently unearthed a hastily written concept I came up with shortly after I played BotW regarding a pirate Rito. I might attempt that at some point in the future.
Some hazard and enemy placement in the earlier Sonic games - and this is a general complaint about many platformers from that area - was cheap. It's also why the Mega Man platformers haven't clicked with me either despite trying a couple of titles from the original and X series. I much prefer Mario and pals, ignoring the masochist fest that is The Lost Levels. XD I think Battle Network 4 did have some sort of tournament plot if I recall, but that was in different parts of the world and not Den City IIRC...though it has been awhile. The liberation missions in MMBN5 made the game different enough that I could see it affecting sales, but IMO both versions of MMBN6 (especiallyCybeast Gregar) were a nice swansong for the series mechanically and visually. If I were to rank the games - ignoring versions - they'd be 3 = 6 (depending on what's compared) > 2 > 5 > 1 > 4.
