@Eagly Plus, Urayans also have slightly looking weird faces don't they? Yeah, I mean you have a point. Sorry, which colour would you say her eyes actually were?

@Eagly Okay, her eyes definitely aren't grey, which rules out Zeke, Rex has gold eyes so I don't know how that lines up, and looking at it side by side they're definitely closest to Morag's in colour. Ah, I love screenshots on wikis.

@Eagly It’s kinda crazy it took them so long to show the sky considering that seemed like a selling point lol.

It’s required huh? Thanks for the tip! If there better then the base game, then I will happily do so!

@Sunsy my thing is that media can be objectively flawed or bad and criticism can be good. For instance take thor the dark world arguably one of marvels worst movies critics and fans were brutal to it however they also pointed out the real flaws of the movie. That caused a major course correction and it’s sequel Ragnarok went down as one of marvels best movies period. Fan criticism can improve shows as long as it’s helpful and not just “this sucks”

If nobody asked for trolls 3 then they wouldn’t be making trolls 3. Corporations are for profits. Just because you don’t like something dosen’t mean there isn’t a base for it or we wouldn’t have 3 trolls movies a holiday special and cartoons. There is clearly a market for trolls 3. And it’s nice to see dedicated non toxic fanbase (shudders in rick and morty)

Different strokes for different folks personally I am definitely more exited for Spiderverse and gillman than I am trolls but thats just me. Dreamworks refuses to stagnate by making a variety of movies for a variety of audiences. Trolls and puss 2 are not for the same kinds of people and let’s be honest the true bug bad guy are the idiots who write animation of as lesser than other forms of media and infighting is a waste of time. Not to be too snobby but come on if you call Bojack lesser because it’s animated your an idiot

I mean it makes sense the same logic as clone wars. You take something you only touched on in the movies and put the full weight of a season to make it more impactful. So many moments in movies can be strengthened by adding context in outside materials

It’s fine everyone has thier triggers for me it’s the whole animation is lesser or for kids that infuriates me.

I am very cautiously optomisic it isn’t a cash grab. Peacock with the community movie, the continental and now megamind is on my radar

Congrats on winning.

Definitely, there is a different between pointing out flaws and being constructive than flat out saying "it sucks" when it comes to media. Not to mention I do have a feeling people who critique stuff should also have an understanding of a series, which makes fan criticism more meaningful as oppose to someone just reviewing something and trashing it for easy views.

Exactly, I see the "no one asked for this" tossed around a lot, and I feel like "if that's the case, why is there a fanbase for said series, show, or movie?" It gives me the impression that people who use that want movies made for them and only them. Movies, games, shows, etc, aren't going to be for everyone. Indeed, I love the few Trolls fans I've interacted with has been non-toxic.

Enjoy Spider-Verse and Ruby Gillman when they come out! I'm hoping to see Ruby Gillman this summer, right now the only movie plans a friend and I have are Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and Trolls World Tour next month (another local theater is doing a family favorites series every Saturday, and the movie is on the list of movies. Friend and I are going to get more excited for Trolls Band Together). Indeed, Puss In Boots 2 is more adventurous, while Trolls is a character driven musical comedy.
Indeed.

I can go on and on about how the two Trolls cartoons opened up lore and adventures for all the characters. There was even one episode of TrollsTopia where it went into Branch's grandma and their love for puzzles (bonus points, they got the original VA for the grandma back too), that left me in tears. Even tying the two togther as The Beat Goes On recaps the events of the first Trolls movie in its first episode.

Personally, when it comes to animation, I've grown dislike the kids argument since often times, people cherry-pick what is and isn't a kids movie to belittle something they don't like. Yeah, most movies do target kids, but there's no rule saying you have to be a kid to enjoy it. I personally prefer "family friendly" since all ages can enjoy them, though calling it a "kids movie" doesn't bother me, it's cherry picking is what I don't like.

Awesome! It feels good talking about this stuff with someone who gets it.

@Eagly What were you thinking of? Also, the not bothering to shave in the apocalypse is what I was thinking.

@Eagly definitely, and wile I get they might not have had all that much footage, they really should have shown something like the fusion mechanic like you said, because there just wasn’t nothing but that to go off of for a wile, and it definitely didn’t give me he best impression.

I don’t think I have done one blade quest yet lol, you’re right tho, I need to get to em, I might clean up a few loose ends before starting the dlc. Also, doesn’t this seasons pass have extra blades and outfits, do I need to be in torna to get those or are they in the base game?

@Eagly Thank you! People kinda got hated on for thinking like this, even though I think it’s completely responsible, we had botw for how many years? And he footage we saw looked kinda too similar you know? Just like you said it looked like botw with sky islands and that what I thought as well! But these last two presentations and trailers has told me that’s not the case! I can’t wait for he game honestly, and I wasn’t even the biggest fan of the first.

Really? I could do it on the easiest? That’s so cool! I will check it out! Thank you!
