On a side note. I finally fired up unravel 2 today. I think I bought it back In the black Friday sale, so im glad I finally got to dust it off. First impressions, very fun and easy gameplay, and stunning visuals.
I need to find time at some point to make my essay long post on why Wii was actually the best Nintendo console.
I don't definitively have a favorite Nintendo console anymore, but I do think I have a strong case for the Wii. And I love going against the many flawed arguments against the system people had.

@kkslider5552000 I don't want shatter your dreams of disagree ( I know you don't like anyone disagreeing with you ) but I don't think there was are will ever be a better console than gamecube ( or the first PlayStation ). I had wii and gave it to Someone . I just got another one last year to play all the light gun games. The games on gamecube were brilliant I had 590 of them and I didn't need any online play with them and there is loads of replayability with 100's of them. I just thought I'd say this. Did you have gamecube. Look forward to your essay👍
@kkslider5552000 Look forward to your thoughts. I think people paint a broad brush and say all games that used the motion controls were gimmicky. Madworld is probably the most straight up fun game Platinum has ever made, but it would lose almost all it’s appeal without the motion controls. That’s just one example of many.
@NotTelevision i recently checked out Madworld on Amazon. Never played it back in the day but I might give it a shot. I think a new copy was like 16 bucks or something.
@bimmy-lee Oh, I still totally plan to play through BotW when the time is right; I've waited this long, what's a few more months?
@NintendoByNature Nothing wrong with making memories, even if it's to an off-tune earworm song.
To be honest, I don't spend much time on Facebook these days; I check my notifications (if any) daily, but unless I have a moment or two to spare I often don't invest much time into it. The only exceptions that I go out of my way to read sometimes are posts from a couple of close friends, some family, and lately the updates on a teen I kinda know who's dealing with the aftermath of a horrible accident.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)

I only dislike people disagreeing with me when its obviously stupid. Otherwise, its a gimmick (and one I rarely even do anymore tbh).
that being said, Wii being able to play GCN games is relevant to my point. If it didn't, there's a good chance I would choose GCN instead tbh.
@NintendoByNature It’s not as deep as something like Bayonetta or Astral Chain, but it’s just a hilarious and fun beat-em-up. It’s probably one of the most violent games I’ve ever played, but it pulls it off because everything is so stylized.
@Ninfan I played it on WiiU. It's a cool game but imo was let down by the controls. This new version maybe fixes that since it isn't wiimote bond anymore. I tried playing on the gamepad last time and it never terrific l recognized shapes z and i wasn't keen on shape drawing as a gameplay mechanic, though it's classic Kamiya trademark design.
I already loved Osaka. I come here probably once a month and just enjoy the shopping crowds of happy people piles of nerds like myself game, and so much more. But as if that wasn't good enough they made everything better by opening a new Gundam cafe. This city has everything!
And yes, maid cafes are real and I have been to them. So are owl cafes, cat, bunny, hamster and puppy cafes. Shops selling anything you could want. Restaurants offering nearly anything you could crave. Amazing bars! Parks, aquariums, zoos, movie theaters, concert halls... so much karaoke that my hotel room has a machine installed! Street performances everywhere doing everything you expect and a dozen things you don't. Porn shops next to the maid cafes because what is self respect? And even on a regular day, like 30% of people are playing Pokemon Go. And music playing everywhere! There's never a dull moment here!
God I want to live here! But i do think the crowds would wear on me after a while.

@Heavyarms55 Sounds like a wonderful place. I find a lot of cities to be overly similar, but there are some that have a really special vibe and energy to them. Osaka looks crazy congested but an advantage to that could be every area having a lot of interesting things to see and eat. Would like to go one day.
@nottelevision the congestion isn't as bad as photos make it seem. There are a few areas during rush hours but on average it's not bad. Busy yeah but nothing crazy.

@NintendoByNature - I forgot to mention how funny it was to read that you would just go into homes as a kid and just have a look around. I always wanted to do that, and there’s little NBN just walking right in as he pleases. My mom has told me I used to sit outside on the porch and invite people walking by into my house. She said I would tell them that “my mom loves to talk”, and wanted them to come in for a chat. Not sure if I thought I was doing something nice for her, or just trolling her.
@Ninfan - Juuust in case someone hasn’t played one or both of those games and for the sake of clarity, Wonderful 101 and Viewtiful Joe are absolutely nothing alike aside from a similar art style. There’s no way you played both games and came to that conclusion.
