I don't know about everyone else, but man was that an awesome Direct! September is full to bursting...in contrast to my wallet around then. XD

@NEStalgia Yeah, but it was a bit too much "Square Exclusively on Sony" for me to be even remotely interested. Oh, and I don't give a crap about any of the 3D Final Fantasy games, so there's that as well.

But luckily, Nintendo won this E3 hands down. What a great presentation, and what a large amount of games crammed into such a relatively short presentation. Two thumbs up. Three if I had them, and if they would have shown anything Metroid, Pikmin or Bayonetta related...

My daughter is going to be crushed that there was no announcement for Color Zen Kids 2. Later, if there’s a scathing post about Nintendo’s presentation under my name, it means she’s learned the sad truth, and got her chubby little paws on my phone.

I beg to differ. Pikmin 4 is a long awaited title for many, and dropping that into the Direct after such a long leave of absence, would probably have caused quite the stir.

@ThanosReXXX Hmm, I watched that whole presentation, and while I may not personally notice too much if it says "only on Sony" since I do have Sony consoles as well, honestly I don't recall seeing a lot of "only on Sony" in that show. There was a lot of Switch and XBox logos popping up, and of course Steam (and Stadia....now hearing that listed ruffled my feathers a little too often, both there and Ubisoft....... ) I thought they had a great show for everyone...well...until Nintendo blew them away that is. (With repeats of some of their own best stuff.) Though yeah, there were 2 big FF announcements in part of that (I don't count XIV....I even own the game and I don't actually care....MMO other than TES:O (which is barely MMO) just doesn't do it for me. I admit the trailer made me want to care...but I don't.

But yeah Nintendo's show is just.... I commented in the live stream chat "I'm sorry, XBox, but my wallet is in another castle."

@Octane That is a step too far in the other direction, in my opinion. It would have been a very nice addition, though. And besides that, I'm still wondering if it's even still out there, even though Miyamoto has already said several times that it kinda is, but not in ironclad terms, so me want to know if game is still alive...

@NEStalgia It didn't literally say "only on PlayStation", but obviously, a lot of the titles, in fact most of them, will not appear on other platforms.

I actually saw your comment, in the chat. I left the chat myself, to watch the presentation on my TV, but I did keep the page up, if only to be able to read Alex Olney's "lovely" comments...

Glad I wasn't focusing too much on the chat, though. Still too many negative Nancy's in there. Lousy game this, lousy texture that, etc. etc. Some people never know when to quit whining and it actually makes me wonder if they're only watching the presentation so that they can pick on stuff to complain about. It truly makes me sad sometimes.

Weird that there's no Panzer Dragoon article on the front page yet. That was easily one of the best announcements of the entire Direct, in my humble opinion.

This E3 really had alot for everyone, overall. I'm plenty willing to let others enjoy the games I'm not interested in, since I'll also be too busy playing something I like.

Not sure where all these Sony games that you saw are, there were more Switch announcements than anywhere except Nintendo's show, and a ton of stuff an X1 or PC gamer will appreciate as well. Even phone gamers. Actually that conference had to be really depressing for Sony fanboys. Squeenix took Sony's abdicated timeslot and announced half of the beloved Sony series are going to Nintendo, XBox and mobile Fortunately they were all rightly distracted by FFVIIR to notice You can play everything at their show except for 1 game and an MMO expansion for an already exclusive game. (and Brave Exvius if you're somehow a Winphone user....)

Squeenix would easily have "won E3" had Nintendo not taken their momentum and ran it through a marathon

Guess I'll have to rephrase it, so you'll clearly understand what I mean, and don't have to question my sanity or "correct" me again:

For me PERSONALLY, there were too many PlayStation-related announcements AND/OR announcements for platforms that I don't play on, such as Steam, Android/iOS, and since I don't give a crap about Final Fantasy,
I also don't care about the handful of titles of that series, that'll either be released on the Switch or the Xbox One.

All I'm basically interested in, is Dragon Quest XI, Avengers and The Last Remnant.

@NintendoByNature - BOTW 2?!? Ah, I know what it is without looking. Time to put my money where my mouth is. I’ll have a paycheck in a couple days. Hey, what was the Square Enix game you were hoping for? You mentioned it wasn’t in their presentation three or four... hundred pages ago.

@HobbitGamer It sure did, and all in all, it was a pretty decent E3, far as I'm concerned. But whiners will be whiners, you can never get rid of them completely, unfortunately. I certainly know who I would send on a one-way ticket to Mars, if the opportunity would arise. That would TRULY give them something to complain about...
