@Anti-Matter Wait... you're telling me more than like 3 people on this planet liked Blitzball? Are you just messing with me? That was the least interesting part of the game for me! lol
The art style difference would make sense I suppose. I know a lot of westerners disregard anything that looks remotely anime. I have very strong, negative opinions about those people...
@Heavyarms55
I completely don't like Blitzball at all as i never like soccer.
I didn't even care win or lose during Blitzball session for continuing storyline.
FF X in my opinion was Final Fantasy with very intense about fiction religion and the concept of birth, dying and reborn, like something taught in Buddha religion. The fayth concept, dreaming for thousand years, creating something very unreal, unsent souls were pretty complex concept of mystery of life.
Don’t bother. Swatch Mini Pro Magnum XL Clamshell No Joy Con Edition with Power Boost Dock is going to shadow drop later today. Read it on 4Chan. Go get in line at Best Buy now, and get that big, tiny beast charged for some NES action later!
@Rexenolith - Just checked, you’re right! I should have kept scrolling down to post #4,598 on ReddsetteraChan to see the final, FINAL leak. Nantenda Swatch NJE it is then. It’s a proven fact.
I started to feel bored with my The Sims 4 PS4 due to still plain Vanilla (No Expansion packs and DLCs yet) 😑
I saw from PSN just now, the Combo 3 stuffs got discount 50% so with $50 from PSN voucher i can get 6 additional stuffs. 😋
Kinda big deal since i still holding my PSN purchase due to my mood about my PS4 Slim. 🤔
Nope. I'm not hyped at all. I didn't come into work early just to shorten my afternoon after an early lunch for no apparent reason. Nor am I currently caffeinated.
@NEStalgia I wasn't expecting a full showcase on ES VI or anything. Just a few tidbits or at least a brief update. XD I suppose I'm spoiled by Nintendo's more recent approach to game reveals in that regard (Well, mostly....The glaring exception is that game that rhymes with Petroid Mime, but I do understand the delay....).
I liked the premise of the original Watch Dogs but never got around to playing it. I like the fact that in Legion you can switch between fully fleshed out characters of various talents/backgrounds during the game and create a resistance group of your own choosing.
As for the Ghost Recon series....While some of that looked cool, it's not really my type of game.
...Okay, I admittedly missed the Tales announcement. 😅 Tales is a series that I've had some interest in on and off but just haven't played. Like a lot of other game series that I wanna try....I need more free time or else some way to clone myself. XD
Again, I find myself wanting a PS4 (or 5 at this point). I'm sort of glad that Nintendo seems to be narrowing their focus down to a single platform as their handheld and home console combos have historically kept me more than occupied on the gaming front ever since I started working a full-time job. That said, I'll be using my 3DS for some time yet. I love RPGs, but dang do some of the good ones get long....

@NEStalgia Pfff... you and your trains...
The only one I'm interested in right now, is the Nintendo hype train. Hope it's not a disappointing ride, seeing as so far, we have to come to the conclusion that Square is now temporarily in the lead, as far as "winning E3" goes. Which is a sad conclusion for me, because except for a very small handful of games, I'm not interested in Square at all.
@ReaderRagfish Staying home is exactly what I feel like doing, when I see people continuously butchering memes...
@Anti-Matter Friendly hint: you don't need to change a meme, you should just use it. You're ruining it.
You're supposed to just use the line: "it's dangerous to go alone, take this" and nothing else. It's a Zelda reference:
You don't have to make your own, weird-@ss sentence of it. The whole point of memes is using them exactly as they are. Otherwise, doing it makes no sense whatsoever.
@bimmy-lee I think it's pretty safe to say that we'll at the very least be playing a couple of "new" NES games in a few hours from now. Maybe even SNES, finally...
'The console wars are like boobs: Sony and Microsoft fight over which ones look the nicest and Nintendo's are the most fun to play with.'
@ThanosReXXX - Ah, that’s right! I’m looking forward to DDII, haven’t played it since my NES days, but I played it a lot then. There’s nothing finer in gaming than DD platforming sections. I’ve never played City Connection on NES, just in the arcade. I can’t wait for the SNES app and the inevitable, “I wanted SNES games, but not these SNES games” backlash.
@HobbitGamer - Pretty sure that brick cord is a NSO member exclusive.
T-minus nineteen minutes. I'll be watching it live via Ninty's official YT stream. Time to buckle up, folks; I predict that we're in for quite the hype train. 😁

@Tyranexx Yeah, VI is just...years away. They really A) Shouldn't have announced it last year, and B) Should not have made 2 back to back Fallout games including a cruddy broken online one, ignoring their real mainstay franchise, and then doing the new IP Starfield before coming back to it. I suspect holding back on VI has more to do with ensuring maximum subscriber base in TES:O while it's in full swing. Why release a new TES to draw fan attention while they're currently placated by annual subscriptions and micro-transactions in an MMO? $20 says TES:O closes before VI comes out and then a then VII will be out while Fallout Online is announced and nobody gets a new FO RPG for 20 years.
OTOH if you haven't tried TES:O, give it a try if you get the PS4. It's actually a seriously good TES game, which I wouldn't have thought (I zone out as soon as MMO is mentioned.) And Zenimax (the parent company of Bethesda that only makes MMOs, including TES:O...doesn't come from Todd's group...) makes MUCH less buggy games than Bethesda Game Studios. But TES:O doesn't really play like an MMO. It's just a big solo TES game that happens to have hundres of other people blasting by. But it has real NPCs and quests, etc. Sure most are fetch quests but there's other TES type fun quests in there. In a way, I'd say TES:O is a better TES than Skyrim was. And you don't need to pay monthly unless your'e big into crafting. Though buying all the expansions gets expensive.....albeit each one is really a whole game of content (Summersett last year is almost as big as Oblivion's Cyrodil. I just ignore the other players and the group dungeons.
It's weird. TES:O, the MMO plays excellently as a story driven single player game that happens to have randoms pass by in town. Fallout 76 the RPG really only works as a group MMO.....
The first Watch_Dogs was an ok game. It played ok. Except the driving. That was a mess. But the problem was it was just...bland. It wanted to be a serious cyberpunk drama and instead it was flat, lifeless, cardboard, and ultra serious about vague things. It had no character or life. They went back to the drawing board with 2 and created a colorful kind of comic book world out of it and it came out pretty cool, and it looks like with "3", Legion, they're really doubling down on that and made something really unique. It's what Crackdown 3 should have been.
@ReaderRagfish It's more than that. DQ has excellent stories as well, albeit they're more child hero on an adventure stories that I think plays out better in Japan. The chibi style just makes DQ look like it's "for children" to western eyes. Which I think is the real difference. The western obsession with "maturity." DQ isn't that. Even though when you're deeper into it, it actually is, much moreso than the angsty "mature" themes of FF, DQ tends to actually be subtly deeper. But westerners are very superficial in first opinions.
Plus, Enix simply had better game systems designers than Squaresoft back in the day, and those systems are now cemented into the series even post merge. Mana/Evermore/DQ always had better systems in place than the Squaresoft games. But Square's character writers were always better.
@Morpheel The Playstation C.D. might get confusing.
