More or less. I don't like 7-Up either, actually. They both taste like a really thick and lemon-y Sprite, like they just added way too much lemon flavoring and corn starch. :/ Then again, I loved the throwbacks of Pepsi and Sprite, so mayube I just prefer my sodas to use soda water and real sugar...

Why is it stereotypically paired with Doritos?

I thought they were owned by the same company (PepsiCo), who just wanted to advertise both products at the same time, alongside Halo and Xbox. The mountain dew being paired with Xbox and/or Master chief makes sense because of the coloration, but Dorritos does sound incredibly random as a partner in this case, I'll admit. I'll have to look into this when I get a chance...

Oh. My. God. The comments on this Senran Kagura article are just hilarious in their brilliant stupidity. Sure, it's a touchy subject but the lengths the "discussion" went is just unbelievable. Lets do a checklist:

Mountain Dew > Pepsi > Coca-Cola is the way to go. The good ol' Coke has its merits but Pepsi tastes... how should I put this... smoother. It's not as sparkly and doesn't leave too much of an icky, sugary aftertaste.

I just had a Dr. Pepper 15 minutes ago, so I can confirm that it is indeed still the best, yes.

Really? I actually prefer Sprite because it has less taste, and the taste is smoother. Granted, I loved Sierra Mist more before, but they changed it about 3 years ago.

One thing I've noticed about sierra mist is it really depends on the source you drink it from.. if I get it through the drive through, I'd say 99% of the time it's more flat than the bottled stuff. In certain restruants it's even stronger.. However I cannot say the same experience with pepsi, sprite, etc... really depends on the management I guess.

Around here, actually very few places even have sprite in-stock, they mostly only serve sierra mist.

Over the past few weeks, I've discovered that Off the Air is undoubtedly Adult Swim's most hilarious show.

It's like it's just a compilation of short animation projects (almost like indie or college level) that they tie together on a loose theme, and while most of them are abstract artsy stuff (sometimes even quite poignant), they'll throw in one or two randomly that are just so stupid they're funny.

Like in tonight's episode, in between a couple of artsy shorts (tied together in a "Nature" theme), there was a short of a rabbit pooping in the forest, who shot into the air on a tower of poop after being scared by a bear (who chased the rabbit up on his own tower of poop...).

I usually add water to my soda. My friends think that's odd. I got used to the taste however.

I've never had a Dr. pepper or Mountain Dew in my life... Shame on me I guess
