1-3 = Absolutely Horrendous
4-5 = okay concept somewhere underneath allot of turds
6-7.9 = 60 to 79% good but way to much bad left over to be considered quality
8-8.5 = Great but not really memorable
8.6-8.9 = Memorable and Great
9-9.6 = Excellent
9.7-9.9 = Phenomenal
10 = Filled every expectation, Near Flawless if not Flawless.
