Question #40: Have you ever had a forum you made locked?

Yes a few of them. One I had locked because it was a duplicate thread (which is ironic cause I hate duplicate threads but it was late and I forgot to check) and another one I had locked because people instead of answering the question I asked decide to input their political thoughts instead. A couple others I had locked but I cant really remember what for.

Yes. I try not to start to many any more it's a waste of time.

Only about 9 of the 10 I've made. I usually delete them if they get locked or if it is a duplicate.

Forum's not for story swapping

I think it should be Locked Threads, not forum. Anyway, I think once or twice.

Yeah, once. It's pretty much a rite of passage here.

When the forums are finally upgraded, we'll finally have the ability to merge threads. Until then, locking and redirecting is our only option in terms of keeping discussions together on the forums as opposed to splintered across seventeen or thirty-five different threads. It's nothing personal when a thread is locked as a duplicate, I promise. :3

I've had a couple. One was when I was new to this site and writing random crap everywhere; the other was one where I talked about fixing an emulator, but I didn't know talking about emulators was illegal around these parts.
