So E3 is somewhere in June? Anyway, I really don't know what to be expect from Nintendo this year. We do know however that we won't see Zelda U or NX/Mobile games. Personaly I don't think there's much life left in the Wii u, thus it could mostly be games we already know about. DLC, and lots of Amiibo's. Mariomaker will be Nintendo's big November/December release. Starfox could be before that (I heard a rumor about it being episodic, please no!). As for Metroid U: I am pretty sure Retro ISN'T working on it. Maybe Next level games, but even that isn't that likely. And the Boxing giants demo from Miyamoto could have turned into a proper game (maybe).
On the 3DS-side: Maybe more free-to-play (though there can also be free-to-play on Wii u). Maybe some remakes, a la Xenoblade chronicles. Fire Emblem If, some Pokemon. Personaly I hope for a new 3DS Zelda and maybe a new Mario and Luigi. I think both are certainly possible. That's all!
I'm thinking even more towards the concept of English translations of Mother 3 and Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade being released on Wii U VC as E3 surprises. A nice way to fill the inevitable summer game drought as well as fitting well with the Lucas for Smash confirmation (and Roy rumour).
So that's pretty late this year (compared to other years) I guess. Yeah, a translated Mother 3 would be great!
As for Banjo Threeie on XboxOne: I don't think it'll happen. And if it happens, it won't be made by Rareware (to busy with Sports nonsense, thanks to Microsoft). Besides: Wouldn't it be ironic (though not impossible) that when people are finally making a Banjo succesor (Yooka-Laylee) because the Banjo franchise is dead, Microsoft comes up with a new Banjo all of a sudden?!
Personally I hope it won't happen, since I probably never end up with a XboxOne!
I just learned that EA's conference will be two-and-a-half hours long. Geez.
It was less than an hour last year... Must be sports, sports and more sports then!
Nah, it's probably a lot of Star Wars Battlefront gameplay and maybe some Mirror's Edge gameplay. Last year's press conference could have been considered longer than an hour when you add in the Battlefield Hardline gameplay on the roof that lasted a good hour.
I don't get the Punch Out love. Seems more like a game fit for mobile devices than a new skin on the Wii U. Punch Out offers nothing other than a nostalgia trip. I will be disappoint if it features at E3 for Wii U.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
