I thought I'd make this thread after playing Fatal Fury: King of Fighters. I don't play alot of fighters and when I do, I end up getting really pi**ed at characters, such as Geese Howard being so dang cheap, like spaming (though I end up doing that on some characters) super power moves. I have a hard enough time doing one of these super moves at times. Also he was constantly throwing me, even though I had a hard enough time trying to get in and throw him. Mortal Kombat bosses were frustrating too, especially because some moves (special ones) wouldn't work on them. I wonder if the KOF's boss reads my moves at times.
Anyways...anyone else feel this way about some game's? Are there just some that you really don't play much because of the fact that they can get you really raging mad?
Edit: This is in my new SNK Arcade Classics compilation.
im STILL at the end of Super Ghouls N Ghosts for Snes...the second time around, ive got the "power" bracelet and i cant seem to finish the game...i have no problems at all beating it all the way through till the very very end...and Ghouls N Ghosts for Genesis was easy for me, im good at platformers...so whats the damn problem? ill tell you what the damn problem is, that "power" bracelet has a small range depending on what armour you have

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.

@oldgamesonly: Sucks. Didn't you have to go all the way to the start after spending alot of time trying to get to the end? I think it sucks that it makes you do that.
The only games that really make me rage lately are competitive online ones. I guess Call of Duty: WaW on the Wii was the worst, maybe I just sucked or whatever, I don't care, but I like to think there's a nice warm spot in hell for those damn MP40 sprayers.

yep, all the games in that series, you have to beat the game twice, and get a different weapon at the end of the game...the second time around and the weapon is ass i think starboy on here said he beat it like 4 times...hes the man

mario kart wii really gets to me, and I like to think I'm pretty good at mario kart, normally I'm able to hold first the entire race but that game has so many items going at you because of the four extra racers. It took me months to get all gold cups, then I sent my wii in to be repaired, it was replaced and now, easy to say, I haven't finished it again, yet. the galaxy games also get to me, always seems the camera is off to me.

i do find that with most of snk fighters, the bosses are way too hard. even on the easiest setting. they kind of spoil the pleasure of playing the game if you can only ever beat the game entirely once every one hundreth try. some of the crazy box ganes on crazy taxi piss me off too. mainly because there is so little room for error and the time is really tight on some of them.
That goron racing minigame in the moon in majora's mask makes me want to eat the controller. Most mario bros games. yoshi island ds and others i don't remember right now.
It's not like I dont like any of these games it's just that these are some games that have made me go "WTF?" and/or throw a controller. To be quite honest I actually like most of these games.
Just for you. "I'm just a musical prostitute, my dear." - Freddie Mercury
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is kind of doing that to me now. I mean I like to think things out, sometimes, but I am lazy. I appreciate the Strategy RPG genre, and I do like it as times. But when a unit dies, it's gone forever...it's just like ...wtf? I like this game, and it's fun...but there are certain things that kind of make me scratch my head. I guess this is something I have to get used too (Only on chapter 8)...but I do naturally get frustrated easily anyway. Oh well This is just my initial ranting...i'm still being put through the paces here.
Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed (the first one) are the most recent ones. Any Mortal Kombat (except Deadly Alliance), and the story mode in F-Zero GX (the rest was golden). Probably a few others, but those were the most frustrating

I kind of agree with you on Mortal Kombat, but in particular, the most recent HD game for PS3. Of course I rented it to try it out, I liked story mode, didn't finish though.
Anyway the one thing I hated about it was when I got to the fights where I had 2 different opponents at the same time, I just thought " Oh great not this again..."
