Was going through my. Book shelf wjen i found two issues of nintendo power. My last suscriber issue which featured zelda spirt tracks on the cover and the dragon quest 9 issue from last year. So with getting a 3ds im thinking resucribing to the magazine. Used to read it for a good while back in the day starting with around the firered leafgreen games. Going through those two issues it reminded me how much i enjooy looking at games in the magazine format.
So i was wondering any nintenolifer's still got the magazine and would it be a good buy.
WAT!
Hey check out my awesome new youtube channel shingi70 where I update weekly on the latest gaming and comic news form a level headed perspective.
If you like video games, then, yes, subscribe. It has really good reviews, and it rates a lot of video games. My brother subscribed to it, and I enjoy reading it.

So does the internet. The only good things left in the magazine are the articles, and there's not much of them. ooh this new game was announced! sure you probably heard about it two months ago on the internet, but you can still act surprised, right!?
I started my subscription about 2 years ago and I enjoy reading every page of it. I read a lot about video games on the internet, but I still prefer reading about games in the magazine. And its always a nice suprise when you get NP in the mail and to see what's on the cover. I also subsribe to Game Informer and @Gamer. These are also really good reads, and @Gamer has some really good coupons for games and accessories you can use at Best Buy.

I greatly anticipate the day that Nintendo Power and GameInformer show up every month. I prefer the magazine format a lot more than the internet.
I agree. Even if you can find out tons more about games online I still am in love with the concept of a physical magazine that you can cuddle up with under a snuggie, a warm class of milk and share with someone close to you.
Magazines are like old friends to me and I don't want to see the internet snuff out everything that is dear to me from the days of my childhood. Plus, Nintendo Power, GameInformer and PlayStation magazine are just nice collectibles.
I subscribe, but I think the latest issue for me is being withheld because I haven't payed for the subscription extension (Thanks for ripping that up, dad).
Ur dad to my mom buys then for me secretly my dad hates it that i like Video Games my mom doesnt mind but Duh I read NP even tho the internet is more recent NP is all fact (almost)

For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...

I'm pretty sure Nintendo Power are the first ones to have their reviews in for games that are weeks away from being released compared to the internet which usually throw down their reviews the day before the game is released, which automaticaly makes NP appealing.
That just means they're playing unfinished builds. What's so appealing about that?
