Thats right completely redone and now its look so much better! It looks like a 2d minecraft now, and im creating as my first mode a map called...
Zero-G Sky Survival
In Zero-G maps they have low physics, so most blocks can be placed anywhere you want on the screen. Sky Survival maps are basically Sky Blocks maps.(from minecraft). So yeah its pretty cool being redone. Im making it so that you have normal mode which contains the normal games like creating a new world and loading characters and stuff. Sky mode contains that, Sky maps. You can creat sky maps that is kinda like the aether in minecraft, And you can unlock a special mode by finding the Underworld in Normal mode. The special mode is called The Pit, which is like a nether survival.
And characters, they can save there inventory and can be used in other maps, kinda like terraria. Its pretty awesome now!XD
I feel that you are challenging my Raycraft. I would suggest that you go on and say that Raycraft is better and I won't declare a programming war. xD

Beware, I have played an unhealthy dose of temple run 2 so my next game might be like it.
Battlewoods is going to be a randomly generated rpg. (Random story and everything) So you can play it all you want, and not get bored. I finally finished the main engine and starting the actual game. Oh I will try to include seeds too so you can be like "Check out this epic adventure".
I'm imagining a randomly generated story already...
"And so the King's butterfly has been kidnapped by the giant walruses. Use your sword of jellybeans to defeat the enemy and eat unlimited donuts for the rest of your life!"

If you go on the tutorial thread and go through the few pages you'll find a post from ramstrong that is a repost of the QR codes for my tutorial program that will easily get you started learning.
There's nothing to think about it, he's got a prototype that could turn into a nice little game with enough work. I guess that by "I have all of Mario's moves down" he actually meant the sprites.
I do have to agree that he seemed like a shady character by the way he always commented too little in cryptic ways and in odd intervals of time, though.

By the way, I wasn't mad at him because I thought he would never make the game, I was just mad that he lied about his progress. From the very start, it sounded like he was someone who had taken a stab at making the game, got carried away with (or intentionally inflated) his supposed progress, then made a bunch of promises that he couldn't keep. It was that last part that got me particularly mad, because he was getting people all excited just to come up with another excuse for why he didn't have what he said he had.

It's ok Randomous when I found out about it I was raging to. I commented on his youtube.
I find it funny how he doesn't even have jumping yet. And on his wiki page he explicitly said he doesn't want to compete with me.
But I'm still winning! Haha.
With my typed array engine I'm working on, everything's going to change and I'm going to create a program I can use to basically add characters to the game dynamically, except some manual editing will be required. It'll only take 1/2 or 1/3rd of the real work I have to do out of the equasion since most characters will have the same general properties I can use one user defined type for each character, and then another user defined type for items such as pokeballs, and whatnot.
I plan to add the stuff on my wiki page to my game in the next week or so depending on if I get busy :3

I'm trying to draw a rotating triangle, it works well for the shorter horizontal and vertical lines, but the diagonal long line of my triangle rotates in a strange way.
Here's my code for drawing the triangle:
(L is the lenght of the lines, a is the angle) @drawtri

The effect is rather nice if I don't clean the screen after every draw, but it's not what I want, I want the triangle to remain a triangle, not 3 dancing lines lol.

I think you should rotate and draw in two different subroutines. What's L has anything to do with it? What's O? How come you're doing X1 only?

So, you need both X and Y in the equation. You don't need Length. If that's too hard for you, there's always this:
L=SQR(X*X+Y*Y)
@=ATAN x,y
@=@+rotation angle
X=L*cos@
Y=L*sin@

Edit: Oh, you edited X1 to Y1. Either that or I'm seeing things. I still think you should do x1,x2,x3 and y1,y2,y3. Keep them separate.

Not exactly, that's game boy, much different. I myself have a GBA SP and I'm not sure how to play it as I don't know any flashcarts for GBA D: I really want to play this and tell everyone how it is. I got my GBA SP since i was 2 and have kept it for years, it broke down, I fixed it. It's really fun.
@ramstrong: ! Never thought of it that way, I kept thinking of the triangle as lines instead of coordinates. Thanks for the idea. I'll try it later when my mom stops playing animal crossing with my 3DS. Not sure if that will solve the problem though lol.
Btw, O is actually 0, as in zero. I had a bunch of x1s because I copied and pasted and noticed it too late.
