To start messing with touch input, I made this whiteboard style program. Any idea why when you quickly draw diagonally, sometimes the points that are read are exactly in the wrong spot (e.g. to the top left forming a perfect right angle)?

Dude, add a VSYNC 1 to your "up" loop and "down" loop.

Something like that over and over

Please explain to me how this method would work in pixelating/converting a GRP that was not generated using the default palette to make use of said default palette. I really wanna know your reasoning behind it because I am completely lost.

Okay, I will need everyone involved with the PTCommunity (Petit Computer Community) Site, To e-mail me their e-mail and username for this site so I know who you are (ex. ramstrong tell me its you). I will then e-mail you the Username and password for the site. I know this seems suspicious, Or at least I would think, but it's not. However, if you still don't want to share; then don't. Or make a new e-mail. This is the only way we can do this.
My email is found on my blogsite under contact.
Thank you.

How do you properly remove old PTC files from the SD card?

They only take up tiny little kilobytes of data (and only exist if you explicitly told Petit Computer to write to the SD card), but if you're really worried about them, you can find it under "private/ds/app/4B4E4145/<your_program_name>/RPRGXXX.ptc", where 4B4E415 might be different (I don't know), <your_program_name> is of course the name of your program, and XXX is a 3 digit number (probably 000 if you've only written it once).

Also, did you try that VSYNC 1 on your drawing program?

Ah yes, you may also view the Blogsite in progress at petitcommunity.blogspot.com

@randomouscrap98
It's not the space that they are taking up, but the names. I know that they have some sort of sorting system (ie newest one is 0000, or was it newest one has newest number), but it is still somewhat pointless to have previous versions of the code that are no longer necessary/wanted. Is it okay to just manually delete them?

Also, I did try vsync 1, and it worked much better after that. I've also included a check for when buttons are pressed down to erase the board. I will generate a qr code for it using my own WIP qr generator, that is python based and going to be both downloadable /and/ stable. The format of the qr code is actually quite simple, it's just that the person who wrote PetitEditor is both japanese, and imo a poor (but functional) coder.

Excuse the size issue, it's a WIP as I said.

@Geekdude Sure, you can delete them without any worries. Petit computer keeps no record of the stuff you've saved on the SD card, and only checks it when you write it (to see what number it should be). The programs that Petit Computer actually reads from are stored internally, so it's all good if you erase the SD card stuff.

@Bluerobin2 Sorry about not getting back to you; I love the picture. The "jaggies" around the circle bother me though.

Please compare this to version 1:

Also can I have some feedback to the basic design of the site as of now? Ideas? Suggestions?

I liked the original better; it was easier to read.

Perhaps color the PTCommunity text green or something?

How is something like this? (I can change the color if I want)

Also What do you think of the site so far? I've spent about an hour so far hand-coding it from the original Blogger site.
BTW the logo is Completely original (Except for the PTC part). I made it all using Greenfish Icon Editor Pro; A Photoshop clone.

Could you link to the site?

GeekDude

@bluerobin2 Yup, that one. bookmarks. Also, my QR generator program is nearly finished, it just needs me to add credits to the libraries I used, and fix the generated image size issue.

@GeekDude If it's an online application, Its going on the site whether you like it or not.
