Heads up for anyone who preordered the special watch edition: the watches are getting delayed. Apparently they'll be shipping the games out on time, sending the watches out in a few weeks, including a bonus something for the delay.
@LemonSlice Oh I get it! That's your guess for the bonus.
My hope is that they'll print those little booklets that the Japanese are getting as a pre-order bonus (Steam users apparently get a digital copy of it when they buy the game).
Great. I was looking forwards to download ZTD at midnight which is 3 hours away from where I live and I noticed that the eShop is on maintenance. I checked Nintendo's website and it seems like it won't end until 6 hours from now. My plan was to start the download at midnight and have the game ready when I wake up but seems like that plan is foiled. I guess I could set an alarm to wake me up at 3AM but I'm currently at my family's house and I don't want to wake others. Well... I guess it's only 9000 blocks or so (according to Japanese size). I guess I can wait...
@Late I'm not sure if it'll be hitting PSN and the eshop at midnight anyway. They do that with big releases, certainly, but more niche games don't tend to hit the digital shops until the stores reload sometime after noon (with the exception of Steam, which will unlock the game as soon as it becomes June 29).
I'd love to be wrong, though. I'll probably monitor PSN tonight just to make sure it doesn't go up early (at this point, I'm resigned to getting it digitally and then just selling the physical copy of the game when it comes with my watch).
Ahhh finally found a place that's spoiler-free. Hi everyone! I finally decided to make an account on NL but I've been a reader for almost two years now.
I'm eagerly waiting for ZE3 and this damn eShop maintenance window to close. Couldn't express my excitement over on the subreddit because of how bad it's gotten there spoiler-wise
@Ralizah: I've seen it happen with smaller games too and since it's a Tuesday release I thought it would be available at midnight since the eShop normally updates on Thursday. It also seems like the eShop is still going under maintenance. I want to play the game already.
I only finished one 'bad' ending with 999... I'm seriously thinking about going back to 999 and trying to finish a few more endings, doing the same with VLR which is still shrink wrapped, but I think hype train will long have left station by the time I get to ZTD...
