There's a difference between added and changed content. -_-
TWEWY on idevices has been made for idevices. Thus, you'll have a good time either way. Just because combat has been changed to fit the iPad does not mean that there is more content.
Unless if you count tweets, then there really isn't any added content that makes this version of the game better.
Also, if you're into Square Enix rewards, then buying a new copy of TWEWY will get you some points, while download stuff won't (which is weird. I hope SE changes that soon, especially with more stuff getting put up for download).

So a bonus chapter, new quests and challenges, Secret reports, and mini-games are just "changed content"?

Those were all in the DS version.

Secret Reports were in the DS version.
Tin Pin Slammer was in the DS version, with multiplayer and everything.
New quests and challenges equates to leveling up all pins, getting all items, how you get the secret reports, etc.

It's the same game on DS, minus tweets and revamped graphics/music.

@Radixxs Because he hasn't played the iOS version and thus doesn't know if the new battle system is more rewarding or not for a new player. He can say, "I theorize that it would be more rewarding on the DS because x," but he's acting like he knows, and he simply can't.

Yes. That's how much TWEWY is on iOS. $0.99. I should call my credit card company because someone must have stolen the other $18 or so dollars that I thought I had spent on this game.

Given that you're apparently all about facts I would have thought you realised that it's a fact that there's a robust "premium" priced game selection on the iOS now.

I guess we tend to pick and choose the times we care about facts when it suits us, hm?
