That said, it looks great, I love this series, and I'll get this game as soon as available. I've been buying launch-esque monkeyball games for years and they haven't steered me wrong yet.

I'm really looking forward to it... although I'm really interested to see how the motion sensor control works with the 3D effects.

i hope they make make multiple control styles so its easy for everyone, not like the wii one.

smb 3DS runs at 60 frames per second......

I think it will be good.

Everything after 2 hasn't been as great as it should have been.

I hope this changes that.

It appears to have the following details:

• three modes of play
• Monkey Ball: single player traditional mode
• Monkey Race: race where you use items to attack opponents, one to four players, 8 different cars
• Monkey Fight: steal bananas from your opponents, one to four players
• characters such as AiAi, MeeMee, Baby and Gongon
• 4 other character slots not yet revealed

Doctor and the other female monkey will be there

I really hope this game can capture the awesome of the first 2 games (especially 2) as the series went downhill quicker than you can say "published by Activision".

Yeah I stopped playing the games after the 2nd I think...been wanting to try out the Wii one (where you can use the balance board). I'll be keeping my eye on the 3DS one as well...maybe wait for a review first whenever it comes out, dunno yet.

I really look forward to this game. It looks great! The graphics look exactly like those of the Wii. Seriously, the Nintendo 3DS is going to be incredible!

I just hope they don't do the credits thing like they did in the DS version. (only other one I've played besides the first two back on the Cube)

Hoping it has a Wi-Fi play on it.

I can bet all the monkeys from Banana Blitz will be there.

I want Doctor to be there, even though I normally use AiAi.
