I agree with the idea of being able to play online. Also, add a save system.

The multiplayer will be vastly improved by the fact that the 3DS has far better graphics than the N64 (especially early years). Without the massive amount of fog I think it'll be much more enjoyable.

Regarding a save feature, I wouldn't mind one, but I thought the lack of it was part of it's charm, kind of like playing SMB3 on the NES.
