My old 'New' 3DS in unable to read SD cards. What we've tried:
-Using different 32gb SD cards
-Formatting correctly to FAT32 and other alternatives
-Gently swabbing the SD card reader with a clean tiny paintbrush
Is this guaranteed to be a software failure? I am unable to boot up my Pokémon Sun copy (that I had recently received), only to be met with a message that the SD card has been removed, even though it is clearly inside. If this is a software failure, what replacement parts should I order, or is the motherboard/system itself damaged? Thank you.
