@Dallas_Howell ivs are individual stats for each pokemon, so each pokemon gets more stats in each area depending on its ivs, and each pokemon has its own unique iv spread, , the main point of ivs is to get an edge over an opponent in a competitive battle, hope I kind of explained it

@Dallas_Howell kind of, super training is for evs which is different from ivs, evs are trainable, like you can train a charmander in special attack, where ivs are just attached to the pokemon and can't be trained or changed, also thanks for the pokerus
