I guess this also explains why both have almost identical shiny colors.

@IceClimbers We're already getting the game after the rest of the world anyway, so frankly we have little choice with spoilers unless you go on blackout.

But yep, here comes more future delays for us. I like how some reckon it's because they don't want to release theg ames on Black Friday but err....Black Friday 2014 was the launch of ORAS, amiibo and Smash U here. Whoops.

@BLP_Software the games are coming out the week of Black Friday in UK and the weekend before in NA. there's no delay

The only thing I want spoiled is Alolan Eevee. I don't care about anything else!

You're getting an ash eevee for no reason. With the ability to make it turn into ash, then you can play as ash, then you return the games cause ash is in it.

So what you're saying is, you don't want anything spoiled. (There is no Alolan Eevee, the whole dex was datamined)

XY launched the same day worldwide. After that point when those games were leaked, that stopped happening. Now here's the thing, its 5 days (A week for ORAS). Some people were saying its localisation, even though all the languages are in the US version. Some were saying they didn't want to release it by a week as it would be the day of Black Friday, even thought they've done that before. Why is there this gap?

And yes there is a delay. WOrldwide release. Same day. They did it for X and Y, why cant they do it again?

You'd need to be a bit paranoid to assume that a big money hungry company will go full angsty teen and delay games for an entire region just because a previous one was leaked.

America had XY leaks too, btw.

Those were delayed a few days, but the possibility that the XY leaks had anything to do with it is close to nonexistent.
