I was actually thinking of including Wishiwashi in my team simply because I like the idea of it schooling to become better. Not sure exactly why they chose to have an ability instead of an evo but w/e.
The way schooling works is basically the same as defeatist on archeops.
It enters as school form, and then goes mini when it drops to 50%.
So basically like archeops it's weak in practice since it has to be healthy to be relevant. It'll hurt but literally anything that can drop it to half hp will deal with it.
Originally it looked like it was school form as long as its a certain level.. but the datamine shows the mechanics are really just defeatist.
Serebii has even updated the official in-game description: "Alters the Pokémon's form in battle. If health drops below a certain level, the form reverts."
I feel like wishiwashi might be better than archeops tho, water typing is pretty strong, it should stick around longer since there won't be as much to chunk its health that low and it would scare out a lot of things with a OHKO that would chunk it. Just sucks that's how the ability works... I guess like schools, the fish get eaten but predators until there is nothing left and that's what they're referencing, but c'mon even if thats the case they could've made it 25%...
So far my team is looking like:
Primarina
Vikavolt
Lurantis water spider thing
Wimpod
Lycanroc
Might throw in silvally to replace either wimpod or lycanroc but i'll have to see... fly might be something I'm lacking too.
I'm always sticking physical when it comes to pokemon, there are several limitations to the digital copies (not being able to switch consoles for trading, no physical copy to encrypt, not being able to move pokemon from one game to the other via pokebank, etc).

So Halloween just happened in Shibuya, and naturally there was... an Alolan form Exeggutor weaving its way through the crowds.
It's not the best photo, but I hope it gets the idea across. It certainly made a nice change from all the off-the-shelf Pikachu costumes. See also, this rather charming picture I found in an electronic goods store:
