Somehow managed to get all the Safari Pokemon caught already, and now that I caught Latios I'm taking a break with him to move on to the other specials.
Zygarde Complete was pretty tough itemless and I couldn't beat it, but I'm broke so I'll need to grind coins. Is it useful to bring Xerneas and Yveltal for it? I still haven't caught either yet so any recommendations on catching them also welcome.
and a side note, I ended up within the top 1,000 for Mega Blaziken. Never made that high of a rank before so Im proud!
@FriedSquid: Well, you need a couple of Barrier Bash+ (Mamoswine, Zygarde 50%, Diancie), plus any powerful Dragon, like Rayquaza and Latias, specially maxed or with at least level 8. Plus, Dragonite, for teh dancing dragon ability. Yvetal doesn't do any special damage to dragons, so, no. Xerneas does a lot of damage.
Also, congrats on the M-Blaziken competition. I didn't want to spend too many coins, but managed to be on the top 3000 or so.
@FriedSquid: Xerneas yes, Yveltal not so much. His disruption (creating 3 of either one) is random and I've played it without Yveltal popping up once. That said, it's still really hard to beat and I needed items to beat/catch it. Xerneas definitely helps though.
I used an Attack Power and Disruption Delay to defeat Zygarde Complete. I was hoping that I would have done more damage to him but I was left with only 2 moves remaining, so I still had to use a great ball.
I've passed level 80 in the Latios escalation and now there are Pidgeys scattered about. Am I doing something wrong? I'm using m-Latios, Latias, Zygarde 50% and Goomy. I do not use maxed level Pokémon in escalations except for boss stages.
@FriedSquid: Like others said, Yveltal is not effective against Zygarde. While Xerneas is an alright choice, there are better options to go with. If you have a good full dragon team (dragons are SE against dragons), you should focus on leveling up Dragonite as its Dancing Dragons power can be really helpful against tough battles.
However, both Yveltal and Xerneas are really good Pokémon in this game so I'd advice you get them both at some point.
Also this just in:
I just checked in and received an item. I didn't really pay attention to what it is and I can't find it anywhere either... The notifications have now one called "Special Rewards"
"You can get special check-in rewards each day from 6:00 (UTC) 28/4/2016 until 06:00 (UTC) 8/5/2016! The reward changes each day, so don't forget to check-in!"

Just make sure you check out the rewards list on Serebii before checking in over the next few days (so that your reward doesn't go to waste) such as extra coins and hearts.

@sillygostly: It's definitely not going to be a problem for me considering I lost pretty much all coins last week and the daily pokémon are draining me even further. But that's not a bad tip!

Been doing a bit off both the EB and the Main Stages. The angry scheme seems to activate less commonly than before. Still, I managed to beat level 150 just now (skipped it!), as well as 18 of the new stages. But I'm completely broke (like 800 coins or so).
@Nego: I mention it only because I got burned by using a passcode for a whopping 5000 coins, only for the majority of it to go to waste as my coins were close to the maximum at that point.

@Rikaria: Yes. Sadly it was on a secondary 3DS that I keep up to date just in case the main one goes AOWL.
The angry scheme annoyed me a lot at the beginning because it was activating just after my fifth continuous play -meaning that I had to use a reserved heart every time. Then, I arrived at level 149, after skipping from 146 (+3), decided to rest and after beating it, Latios became angry again.
Now, I'm at level 165 but just too low on coins and planning to level up Zygarde 100% before continuing, since last time, I had to use a +10 sec item on the last 8-9 levels if I remember correctly.
If you were apologizing to me, I don't see why you have to? Sometimes is very hard to me to convey exactly what I want to say since English is not my native tongue.
Right now I seem to be in a cycle where I spend the day gaining coins just to spend them all the next day on the Daily Pokémon. Which is not very fun considering I still haven't gotten back to over 20000 coins...
@sillygostly: Yeah, I figured something like that was the reason. And like I said, it's good that you're here to warn.

I'm sorry, okay? ._. I don't have the best attention span nor memory...
Lol. I wasn't having a go at you. In fact, I forgot that you were the one who shared the code until you pointed it out now. I'm just warning others to not make the same mistake I did. Though it serves me right for not bothering to check first.

Just like Mantyke yesterday, Solrock is annoying as well. Base catching percentage is 13 %. It distrupts with multiple Solrocks with the Swap+ ability sometimes triggering the turn they spawn (if they connect obviously). The amount of HP seems to be high as well. I just played with a full-max team of M-Gengar, Palkia, Dialga, and Garchomp and managed to beat it on my very last turn.
I'm not within the best players though so that might explain. No need to get overly scared.
Anyone else feel like GS is toying with us with these new Daily Pokémon levels?
