Where can I buy a glasses repair kit to get that tiny screwdriver? Other than a glasses store, obviously. The nearest one to me is quite a ways away and that's why I ask. Could I possibly get one at my local CVS or something?
You can get one at any hardware store or for that matter Wal-Mart. Just make sure it's a zero.
A zero? Is that the size?
#0 Phillips screwdriver is what you need. That's a size. But most glasses repair kits have screwdrivers about that same size.

From what I heard, the official Nintendo info saying you need a #0 Phillips-head screwdriver is wrong, and a #00 is recommended to not strip your screw. Still, if you're buying a glasses repair kit, it'll probably come with both anyway.

On the video, it says, "Delete all Nintendo 3DS data on the micro SD?" If we accept that like there, the files that we have transferred using a PC before the 3DS transfer will be deleted. ??? On the video the guy transfers the files not before but after the system transfer.
I really don't like the navigation bar of Nintendo Life continuously reappearing while browsing!!
@VanillaLake At that part, the target system is asking that, not the source system. It's wanting to delete all data on the New 3DS, in which there should be no data on there to begin with (or a preinstalled game, which can be redownloaded).

@VanillaLake No, all files on the default 4GB micro SD will be deleted which is what you want (even if its a special edition console with preinstalled software)

But if we put the micro SD with the files already copied via PC in the New 3DS before the systems transfer, will they be deleted? Should we leave the included micro SD card there? I had assumed I should put the micro SD with all the files copied in the New 3DS before starting the transfer so the systems did not have to copy them again... just until I watched this video (again).

Leave the card in your current system and leave the card that comes with your New 3DS. Do not touch them before or during the system transfer. Only change them when they prompt you to do so. Not any earlier.

@brewsky The process is extremely unnatural but, thanks to you, now I and other people know what to do. Thank you.
Hey, I am thinking... If I use the original 4GB micro SD during the transfer and when the system tells me to copy the files to the micro SD card using my PC and instead of that I put the bigger micro SD in the New 3DS with the files already copied, I think that that bigger micro SD will be missing the information transferred from the 3DS to the New 3DS during the systems transfer, because that information was stored on the original micro SD card during the transfer. If that makes sense.

Just stop thinking about it. Simply do as the system says. The microSD card in your New 3DS is completely erased during the transfer, as it should be. The transfer doesn't write important information the microSD card in your New 3DS, it rewrites the data on your SD card in your old 3DS that make it work with the New 3DS. Those files, along with everything else, get moved when you move everything from your old SD card to your microSD card. That's what makes it work.
EDIT: Didn't mean to come off as rude if it seems like it.

...About the 3DS in general, anybody know where exactly the system saves the games and savedata at? Really don't wanna have to redownload all of my games again if my Micro doesn't make it in before Friday.

"No. Each 3ds has a unique console code and when it reads the downloaded game, it reads the console code. If it doesn't match with the 3ds itself, it won't work. Sadly." Copy and pasted straight from a Youtube comment (Clankylight).
I don't really know the location of the save data and games but even if I did find it it wouldn't work.

Why not just wait for the Micro SD Card then?
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

...Because I'm trading in my older system the next day after I buy the New 3DS, If it doesn't come in I'm stuck with a 4GB card, which is nowhere near enough to hold all of my digital games. (especially since I'm also getting MH4U) Really don't want to lose save data for games like Smash or Rune Factory 4.

How are you doing the system transfer without your system?
