Not really, whenever you go online you're given the option of creating a room, each room has an ID that you can share with others to play.

Being on the friend list just makes it so you can join others rooms without the ID and, optionally, the password.

No but you can add me if you like. Its a bit easier to add people as the other way we have to post all the details of the room you're in.

I read online conflicting reports. Logic would dictate no, mounting would not affect the head because with every other monster in the game you break the back (if it's breakable) by mounting. Which makes sense because you're stabbing the back. However, it does knock the monster over giving you glare shots to the face. You could try it and see if it works. Maybe bring some Large Barrel Bombs to blow up his face after each mount too.

As for hunting horn, I successfully farmed that same Jaggi when I started using the beginner horn. It may not deal as much impact damage as the hammer, BUT, it has a perfect golf club tee off swing to connect your hit to the face every time. But if you're not having luck maybe you should try another blunt weapon. You can try hammer or Great Sword or charge blade as other have suggested, but I know those weapons are hard to wield if you haven't mastered them. It's going to be tough to make contact hits with the head.

I'd just mount him and blast his frill off with large barrel bombs and be done with it.

Trap him as well. Anything to keep him still so you can hit the head. That's why I like charge weapons for those big attacks.

Ugh... I decided to farm Seregios way before I was supposed to. I can surprisingly do the Event Quest Seregios with randoms. However, I'm planning on making at least a Seregios Switch Axe, but I need 3 Impalers... which are tail carves only. I've only successfully cut the tail once with randoms, and I didn't even get an Impaler from the carve that time. I also need another one for the armor set if I'm planning on making one.

I have a feeling that I'm going to be grinding Seregios for a day or two... At least by the end of it I'll have enough materials to make tons of Sonic equipment for my palicos.

Can anybody with access to the G2 Urgent please help me farm Seregios for a bit? I just need two more Seregio Breacher+ to upgrade me weapon...and various other parts for my armor

Finally, I have reached G-Rank. Took me long enough, though.

So, I jumped from HR7 to HR51. How far did your ranks increase from entering G-Rank (just curious)?
