Topic: MapleStory Could Come To eShop?

upon reading about it, i might actually pick it up if it were released as an eShop download — the thing i hate about MapleStory for PC is the other jerks playing it. i was in on the beta version of it and it was pretty addictive fun until they opened it up to the public, lol. :3

I played MapleStory when I was younger.

I got lost. Stopped playing after that.

The controls would be terrible, and the 3DS itself probably wouldn't cope. MapleStory would be a much better fit

The only thing I really know about the game is it's an MMORPG, and any MMORPG is welcome on the 3DS.

I was addicted to this for a while, but I got up to the part in my chracter's storyline where you get to ride a panther, but I skipped the controls and I couldn't
capture or ride one.
And that was the end of my MapleStory adventure

I wouldn't mind.

And as TBD said, the people there could be mean almost all the time. Ruins the experience.

Isn't Maple Story DS a single player game?

I don't mind, never played MapleStory but it looks fun. Just never really got around to looking in to it.

NO. My friend is addicted to Maple Story, but i disliked it.

I've been reading the rumors of Maple Story coming to DS for a long time now.. I would be excited to see how it plays out. Personally, I would like to see Ragnarok hit the DS if they are going to release Maple Story.

@Bubba Maplestory doesn't support voice chat even on the PC. Unless they updated it since i last played.

I love maplestory and would give anything to have this on 3DS. The only thing that would need revamping is the menu system, there are SO many menus, almost every keyboard key is a menu hotkey. What i'm wondering is if it would be the true maplestory, or a cheap ripoff like they recently made for android and iOS. For example can i play with my level 57 Evan online, or will i need to make new characters (fine with me), or will it be an offline game, with the same premise as the online version? All may be answered in time, fingers crossed!
