So if I want my weapon with + 7 defense to have 6★ in ranged for example, I could fuse them down with basic weapons to the 2 modifiers I want and fuse them together? I'm new to weapon fusion, and just want to make sure I do it right before I lose a weapon.

@Knuckles Double post . @Prof_Clayton Well, can't be 100%... but it usually does work. If you end up with a weapon you don't like, you can eject your game card, I do it all the time ! Also, having a FFA (staying this time ) just don't make me use my thumb too much, it still hurts somtimes if I overuse it, don't wanna have to quit playing because of it :l.
I agree with @Spire, hahaha. Sorry if I'm bothering so much, it's just that I need to get this right. It's important in order to squeeze the game. Ok, so, it's like: The weapons have max value... I don't know, but let's say the maximum is 300 (like if it was the 100%), and then you make your weapon with stars and modifiers, each star and modifier have a value and the total can't get over 300... Is it something like this?
@Sherman Kinda... the cap is around 340ish, but, lets say you have a weapon with a weapon value (WV) of 100, you take this weapon and fuse it with another of 100 WV, you get a weapon with a half-star in ranged or melee. now, lets say you have 2 weapons with a WV around 320, what will the result be? Lower, it will get lower (or maybe stay the same depending on the value.) It gets harder to raise values as you get to higher values.
And that's why you preffer to start with one weapon with 6 stars and another with a high valued modifier, got it. Just didn't know the function of the "value" 'til now. That makes fusions a lot more clear, thanks, man =)

BUT @RPGShaymin is right, this is getting a little out of hand, with us barely getting a spotpass weapon a page, SO I'm building up the courage to talk to @theblackdragon about expanding the page to all weapon discussion, which of course means we have to try them out on each other The only reason I haven't is the fact there are 2/3 unused and unlocked forums here for Kid Icarus: Uprising Weapons and a KI:U Weapons Guide, again neither are used. I'm hoping I don't get shot down, or we might lose some privlages around here, like organizing fights and discussing fusions etc.

@Knuckles Everyone hates my palm >:] You should have seen my old beam claws, 1 hit ko. every time I used a charge shot or a melee combo. Then I tried weapon fusion and found out I was horrible at it.
