Topic: Heroes of Ruin Discussion Thread

SquareEnix is very good at dragging out IP's just look at the Final Fantasy Series and spin offs, Kingdom hearts, Dragon Quest etc... so I don't think it will bomb as a series, but im not sure it will be an exclusive series to the 3DS, a PC version and a WiiU version will be very good or even other consoles as a decent spin off, the Gunslinger would make a wonderful Tomb Raider style game. So I don't see why SquareEnix wouldn't promote it or invest into the mythology of the game. As far as the 3DS title goes, we will just have to see but with all the interest on the web and the decent demo on the eShop its off to a good start, all we need now is an interesting advertising campaign and a few good reviews.

Can't wait for this demo to hit the NA 3DS's. I love the style, and I think I will have much more fun with this playing in bed than Diablo III.

The only thing I found bad about this game was the voice acting. xD

@G4L There is still over a month before it is released in the US so i'm sure you will get the demo before then. We have only had the demo a week before it is released, infact my copy arrives this Friday.

ahh is just went to the two nearest shops with videogames and they both dont have the game.
i would have to drive 30km to the next shop which i am sure has it but i dont wanna do that right now.
will wait for more reviews and play the demo again. maybe i will order it at amazon

I have it on pre-order from Amazon and it still hasnt turned up yet... not blaming Amazon though because mail has been pretty crappy lately as im waiting on a few things through different companies and non have turned up yet.

I wouldn't count on amazon to get you a game on launch day. I pre-ordered resident evil mercenaries and I got it about 2 weeks after the release date.
