Topic: eShop Code Problem

My problem starts off when I won an online smash tournament. The prize was 10$ to the eShop. The person running the tournament lives in the US but I live in Canada and I thought the code should work anyway but it didn't. Did the guy get the code outside NA or am I doing something wrong?

Seems like the code is for a different currency (US$).

You could try offering it up for trade in our trading thread.
