Hi guys,

our latest eShop game "Art of Balance TOUCH!" will be released today on the EU eShop (US release: June 7). It contains all the 100 original WiiWare levels plus 100 new exciting levels with all new gameplay for the 3DS version. The game can be fully controlled with the stylus or with pad controls. You can switch anytime.

We hope all the fans of the original WiiWare version will be pleased with this sequel and new players get a massive relaxing puzzle game with plenty of hours of fun.

I am double dipping with this. Loved the original version.

Also excited for Super Surf!

I'll certainly be downloading it considering I never played the WiiWare version.

@Manfred

I've never played the wiiware version before. Will this be like Minigolf (Which keeps freezing on me for some reason BTW) where it has levels that get harder as you go on, or will it be one of those "Infinite challenge games" Like the recently Released Bird Mania? Seems interesting either way. This should tide me over until Cave Story comes out.

I downloaded this two hours ago and I've done the first world... it is just as addictive as I remember, but the controls aren't as intuitive as the Wiiware version and the water looks weird. Well worth the cash though, even if you own the original!

Unrelated but what's up with Nano Assault's PAL release? I'm sure 505 was supposed to release it last month but it seems to have turned to vapour.

I find the game addicting. It's a great concept and something that my girlfriend can play too!

I'm looking forward to purchasing Art of Balance Touch! when it comes out on the 7th. What exactly will the controls be I heard you can use the Stylus or the Buttons, what buttons are used in controlling and can use the stylus only or is it stylus + buttons?

I quite enjoyed the demo on WiiWare, so when this is released in the States I might have to check it out! (I should also mention that I'm usually not interested in puzzlers, and I'm interested in this).

@HeroOfCybertron:

This game is designed to be played with the stylus. You have to figure out how to stack the elements, but there's also an element of precision involved (nothing frustrating). I would say that this game feels like something that has been made specifically for the 3DS.

It's actually a port of a WiiWare game, with new levels added. The first comment on this very thread (from the devs themselves) states that. Of course, I'm not saying the game's bad by any means. It's just that controlling it with the stylus might feel a bit odd if you'd played the WiiWare version before.

Impressive review. The guy also writes for Gamasutra, if I am not mistaken. I remember him since the 3DS launch, as one trumpeting his lack of enthusiasm about the device (he especially does not care about 3D without glasses). So it's good that he liked the game despite his bias.

Ok basically I want to know how do you rotate items in this game using the stylus and if the R button is used at all?
