I make 300k or more per trip. 1 trip takes roughly 30 to 40 mins.I scare away Goliaths too.I did get a great spawn of Golden Stags. You must not be that familiar with beetle hunting properly.

If your struggling to make money on ACNL try going to the island and night and catching all the bugs you can make 400-440k per hour and a half. Heres a great video on how to do it, I hope it helps
